Any last minute ideas? I'm going to try to get in bed soon. We are leaving at 6:00 in the morning
I don't do mornings well, but I'm so excited!! I've wanted to go to Ikea for years....

BTW,I heard there are more copies in print of the Ikea catalog then the Holy Bible?! Not sure if it's true, but I thought it was pretty interesting.

OMG! Ikea is my new favorite store . That place is HUGE! I got the small expedit bookcase, 2 sets of big red Kassett boxes to go in some of the holes, 5 of the longer Bygel rods with I think it was 13 metal baskets and 3 cups, 2 packs of the red stripe magazine holders, 4 little jars, a really cool cheese grater, a cutting board, an umbrella, some really good ginger cookies...hmmm, I think that might be everything. I did forget a bunch of stuff though....Can you believe I only spent $222! I couldn't find anything good in the as-is section though. My mom got a really good deal though. They had some of the PAX stuff on clearance CHEAP. They only had it in the antique color though (which won't go with my stamp room). She got 15 really big cabinets (without doors) and I think 10 packs of shelves (2 in each) for like $135! We had her truck completely full. We couldn't have fit another thing:mrgreen:. We are already planning on going again soon:rolleyes:. I'll upload some pictures once I get everything organized.

Sounded like you had fun Emily! Wish I could have gone too! Did you get to have meatballs with that delish berry sauce on the side?

Yeah, it was GREAT! I can't wait to go back soon. We weren't able to eat lunch there after all :(. I was really looking forward to those meatballs. We'd planned on loading up the truck and then eating. My mom's truck has one of those covers that you pull down over the bed, but we had the truck piled to high to use it, so we were kinda scared to eat and leave everything right in the open where anyone could walk up and take something.

Oh, I forgot, I also got two feather pillows. The regular price was $39.99, but they were marked down to $14.99. They are really nice and fluffy.
