Default ? Sizzix Eclips machine

Hi,

I was just visiting the Sizzix web site. Does anyone know anything about the Eclips machine? If it is available do you have one? Do you like it. How does it compare to the Cricut.

Share any input you have.

Thanks,
Diane Beckman

I asked Sizzix that thru an email. Their response: "As for the Eclips machine, it should be in stores in June and available through us here at Sizzix shortly after that. You can view videos and all informatin about the Eclips at www.sizzix.com under videos and the Eclips buttons. I hope this helps!"

I have been very impressed with this machine when seeing demos at our LSS. The folks from Sizzix visited from CA to do demos and let us play. Benefit is you can use much more of your paper - little waste. Wish a "Sticky note" would be started so we can continue comments about this product. The carts have hidden embellishments that show up once you are on the picture - for example, they discovered the gingerbread people have clothes as an added benefit.

I have one and I LOVE it!!! I can't compare it to the Circut because I've never had one or tried one, but I love my Big Shot, my Big Shot Pro, AND now my eclips machine. I have been thrilled with Sizzix as a company. The machine is SO easy to use! It's quite and fast and does SO much stuff.

I'm not a scrapbooker so I didn't think I'd need one, but it is GREAT for doing cut out sentiments and images that I can size any way I want them for my cards and other crafty projects! Love it!!!

(And as an instructor, it has made class prep about a thousand times easier for me!!!)
