I purchase and use pre-made blank cards of heavy quality in size 5 x 7 and looking for a die large enough to have a stitched edge on my top card for this size.Looking for recommendations on if available or how would I be able to accomplish. Thanks

I have recently been making some 5X7 cards myself, and find it is very hard to get dies or background stamps for them. I am basically subbing into this thread, because if there is a stitched set out there, I'd also like to know.
Spellbinders makes matting basics sets for 5x7 cards, and I have them and they are very useful, but they are simple rectangles with a Spellbinder edge.

I just purchased a set of dies for 5x7 cards from Waffle Flowers. It's called Lacy Layers 5x7. The largest die is 5x7 and it is stitched. The next layer is a scalloped rectangle with stitching, then the next smaller is straight edge rectangle with stitching. The set has 8 dies, all with stitching.
I got it at scrapbook.com when they had a good sale a month or so ago.
Susy, I don't need the die set, but really got sucked in looking at all the cute Waffle Flower stamps! I had a couple sets in my cart, but resisted at the last minute. (But I know where they are now.)

Ha, ha, ha! I SO understand what you are saying! I went to scrapbook.com specifically to look at (buy ;)) some Waffle Flower stamps, and those 5x7 die sets leaped into my cart and refused to leave. That's my story and I'm stickin to it!
I just purchased the Waffle Flower Happy Day stamps and dies. Just had to have that set! I shopped from A Cherry On Top. I think those frame dies are in my future too. I also got the Avery Elle Wonky Frames set. This is addictive!
It's funny to me that I clicked on this thread because I was wondering about Waffle Flower dies (specifically word dies like "awesome" ... https://blitsy.com/product/612816/wa...ts-die-awesome). It states the die should be used with papers 65 lbs or lighter. I usually use 80# (colored SU) or 100/110 # (heavy weight Recollections, Cougar Opague, Gina K, MFT, Taylored Expressions) cardstock.
Will it at least handle SU cardstock? I usually do 2-4 passes on my Big Shot due to the placement of the machine in my craft space ... it's easier to remove the platform from the entry end than to crank it all the way through.
