Default S and S Help Needed!

I have read EVERYTHING on here about Scratch and Sniff cards, have tried all the suggestions and still have nothing to sniff. Help! I wanted to do this for Stamp Club on Thursday but not unless I'm sure it's going to work. I've tried clear EP, invisible and visible Kool Aid (all the kind you add sugar to), Heat and Stick and nothing. The package of KA smells good when I open it but once I get it on the card, I can scratch like mad and still get no smell. Am I heating it too long? The best "looking" method I've tried is stamp, color, versamark, heat and stick then sprinkle invisible KA. What am I missing? Should I just file this in the "Neverneverland" file? Thanks in advance.

I am interested in hearing some ideas using this technique as well. I am going to try to make a few of these over the weekend.
