Default pop up box card

Does anyone have instructions on how to do the pop up box cards?

Not sure if this is what you want but the Carol Duvall Show on HGTV did a segment with Karen Thomas on making a Pop Up Box. The box collapses and a band is put around the collapsed box for easy mailing.

If you are talking about the one that is flat until you squeeze the top and bottom together and then it is something like a bookmark sticking out of a box I will be doing one next week and would be willing to type out the directions as I go for you. You will have to remind me next week to email them or post them in a link though. My mind is slipping these days!!!
