looking for box template

I was recently at a stamp meeting /convention/workshop in Edmonton and seen some of the ladies had done a swap where they made a file folder box. (kinda like those cardboard ones) it was really cute but can't figure out how they made it. Any one out there know how or have a template for it?

Perhaps, if you can give a bit more detail about the box, someone can help you find a template or instructions. There isn't enough to go on, at the moment.
