Default construction card

I 'm making a construction card and need to know how to make what would look like a pile of dirt on my card. any ideas thanks in advance

Sandpaper? Maybe smaller bits piled on top of each other?

Do you have texture or embossing paste? You could apply it in mounds and drifts with a palette knife, and then color it with ink or acrylic paint.

Use brown paper bag. Give it a good crumple then flatten a bit and use brown ink on the edges and raised areas. If the paper is not dark enough, use a lighter brown to darken before crumpling then a darker brown for the detail. Use alone or layer a couple pieces together.
