Why is my image pending approval?

I just started uploading this week and my image today says pending approval but there are 3 pages after me now? Anyone know the answer to this??? Did I do something worng?

I'm not sure the exact process for approval but I'd suggest that you check back in a few hours or tomorrow. I don't think you're doing anything wrong. It just takes time for the review process to happen sometimes.

Every image uploaded to the gallery has to be manually approved by a member of the SCS team. It's a safeguard to make sure wackos don't register and then come on here and post inappropriate stuff, as well as helping to keep things in the gallery nice and organized. Images are approved in reverse order, or "first in, last out" according to Jenn. Also, we have agreed not to upload anything new on Sundays in order to give these wonderful folks a break to enjoy some downtime with their families. If you forget and upload something to your gallery on Sunday, don't freak out. It will just sit there awaiting approval till Monday morning.
