Image Pending Approval

I am new to this site (it's been about a week!) and I tried uploading some items and the images aren't there but the text "Image Pending Approval" shows up. What did I do wrong? Please advise! THis site is beyond AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! I still don't have any catalogs and have been getting my fix from this website. Thanks for any help regarding the uploads.

You didn't do anything wrong, but images are approved by a SCS team member (usually Jenn) and then will show up in the gallery. It will be on soon enough!
