Avatar & picture help needed!!!

You would think that I would know what I am doing with the stinkin computer... HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Of course, just like the rest of you, I lost my groovy avatar. I have NO clue how to resize pictures (there's a shock).

Can someone help???? I'd be deeply endebted!!!!

If you have microsoft picture editor, you can crop or resize. Just resize to 80%. That is the only program I know how to use very well. I think hp image zone has a resize option, but you have to have an hp printer I think.
