Photo disappeared

I posted my first card today and it showed my post under the correct category and said "image pending" so I thought I was successful. But now the entire thing is gone, both under the category and in my gallery.

Any thoughts?

Same thing happened to me a couple days ago, and then I got an email saying:

"I'm sorry, but the photo you submitted to Splitcoaststampers, titled
"Cheer Monkey TLC28", has been deleted. Some reasons for photo deletions
include:

-Images that were partially uploaded/incomplete
-Broken images
-Extremely poor quality/images (impossible to make out the image itself)
-Images that did not conform to our published site contribution and usage
guidelines such as offensive images"

Offensive images??!! So now I'm trying to find those published site contribution and usage guidelines, without much success. I don't see anything offensive about my image. It's just a cute monkey cheerleader! But it has the highschool team name on it, is that a problem maybe???

Anyway, see if you have an email about it. Hope this helps!

Karisa ~ yours disappeared in our scan for duplicates. If the file name is generic (like scan001 or file001), it will likely duplicate against one of the thousands already on the site. Try renaming the actual file, and reuploading it.

There is plenty of helpful information here that will help ease the gallery experience.

It probably was not offensive, but was broken. We've seen quite a few images that have not come through completely. Try uploading again.

Sometimes the images get broken if you upload twice, and delete one of them.

I'm so glad I checked back with this post, because that's exactly what I did--uploaded twice and deleted one. Hit enter instead of tab, oops, uploaded before I was done. Thanks so much!
