I would like to see some retired sets come back as well some from the old mini cattys. I would love to see Monkey Business come back since it is going for $50 on ebay.
I would like a stamp set focused on games like Bunco - dice, card games, etc.
Also, my big request would be a theater stamp set, maybe something vintage like an old Playbill, a torn ticket stub, "All the World's a Stage", "Act I", etc. Oh, it would be a dream!
I realize my ideas would be more suited to a mini catalog set but I would LOVE a Bunco stamp set!!!

I don't know if it's been posted yet or not or if it's to late to get in what we would like to see in the caty. But one thing that came to mind was to be able to buy a pack of cardstock of one color instead of one sheet. Like have a package of summer sun or not quite navy and so one.
Just my 2 cents worth.
I'm not sure I understand. You can buy a pack of all one color cardstock.

You all have terrific ideas. I love to see a new sympathy, also want to see the beverage glasses.
I'm from Canada so I would really like to see curling (curling rocks, brooms, curling rings, score boards), also hockey and Ukrainian Dancing. We also have 4-H clubs up here. I have found 4-H paper but would like to see some stamps. Thanks for using our input.
I agree with everyone above. My wish would be to have some stamp packages that are just verses and/or quotes. I would also like to see Hodpodge Hardware split up so that we could buy the certain items we like.
This is a GREAT Idea...
It would also make it a little less expensive for first timers and to check it out..
TFS Heidi..
Sue
I would love to see more sets related to our hobbies...
How about a funky Bunco set???
A fun stamping related set (but cuter than Stella Stamper) would be good for all my crazy stampin' girlfriends!
I'd love a Jeep/four-wheeling set to do a scrapbook for my hubby!
our timeworn/specialty collection available in bulk of certain papers. At least on a demo order so that we don't have to buy multiple packs for the one design we like and want to use in a camp or make and take
I agree, I would like to be able to do scrapbook pages with patterend paper, but it's not worth it if you have to buy several sets.
I would also like to see them carry the Silent Setter (I just got mine and love it).
A set for books...that you could put a title on the front or on a spine, make a shelf full of books, maybe even make bookplates for real books.
- set that is around dental and/or docs office
- neutral multi pack paper
- more double sided paper like the stuff in the spring mini
- a great cutting tool - like what CM has
- some new baby/kids sets
- hopefully fairy nice will be in there
- def more ribbons - more ginghams and grosgrains to match with all the cardstock/ink colors
- some new backgrounds
- how bout a technique how to book peopel can actually buy - not the small free ones but something more detailed that gives like 50 stamping techniques.. so when people go home and say I wish I rem how to do that they coudl look at it kind of a ref guide...
- def some new wheels
mm have to think of some more but that was a start
How about a Stampers set......similar to Stella Stamper. You know with little sayings like " will work for stamps" "If it doesn't move, stamp it" "I'm a stamp a holic" etc.
I agree with more masculine (they took out quite a few last year) and another sympathy set.
A new business set would be nice. The one we have has been around for a loong time.

* a lowercase Letterpress alpha
* more vintage
* A nice cat set (not the comical one)
* A sympathy set
* More jumbo wheels (I happen to prefer them to the reg wheels)
* Bring Paisley Background back
* European design sets, esp. of Italy.... I am getting the spring mini travel sketches, but could use more (like Leaning Tower?)
* The Monogram stamps making it into the new catty (In fact, am not buying any since there is no way for me to get them all in three months -- or even get a good portion of them).
* A sampler pack of Confetti White, Confetti Cream, Whisper White, Natural Ivory, Natural White, Vanilla, Kraft, etc... at least this way you could sample all the lovely neutrals without buying each pack.
* I would love to see some old sets brought back:
~ Paisley Background
~ Cowboy Christmas
~ JOY
~ Love Bakes
~ Penguins
~ Stained Glass
~ Serengti
~ Time & Season (it has that tractor)
* I also would love to see a stamp set around a THEATRE theme
* I personally would love to see a '50's style set (poodle skirts, etc)
1. A wrestling stamp set! Just about every high school in the USA has a team and they're seldom represented. :(
2. More Thanksgiving sets
3. A lg stamp similar to the "Word by Word" but with different words
- A few new sympathy sets
- Elegant wedding set (NOT cutesy)
- Something with teapots and teacups
- more vintage
- Abilityto buy brads and eyelets in single color/finish (like just aged copper)
- DEFINITELY watercolor wonder crayons by color family (I reeeaaallly want them, but can't justify $60 at one time when I've not even tried them yet!)
- The perfect little spritz bottle with a fine mist spray
- More adult masculine sets
- An herb-related set

I would like a swatch pack of all the papers put together like a designer has with paint colours. I have the colour wheel and I love it, but somehow you get a different feel when you can hold them all together and see how they look. I am going to try to make my own, but that would save me the effort (and having to buy every single colour again now!).

Anyone here watch Noggin (the children's cable tv channel)? They have the most awesome graphics. I would love to see their designers contribute to the SU catalog. Next time you're watching, notice the retro backgrounds in the "between the show" spots. I especially like the musical instrument graphics. I also think the graphics popping out of the Noggin logo are adorable!
I didn't read every reply but what I really want to see is...
*A good camping set. I loved the retired set from last year.
*Masculine sets
*A really good School set different from Crayon Kids to be used for older kids.
*Better Simply Scrappin Kits for family not just boy/girl
SU needs to get on the wagon with a stapler and coloured/patterned staples.
I would also LOVE more ribbon ie/ PATTERNS.. polka dots/striped etc... and patterned paper. I feel that they lack in that area and I have had requests to demo more of the scrapbooking end of things. EVERYONE I know loves the new paper out there (like CHatterbox) and I think SU has put out some awesome stuff in the Spring mini but they need to carry it through to the next Catalogue.
As far as stamps go... I would love to see some more "Boy/men" stuff....

I just went ahead and made my own.. you can't get the same feel without an actual sample.... I'm with ya
Good idea.. I searched all over everywhere to find a "congrats on your new home" set or stamp... without success... I would vote for this too...
so many good ideas
I wish they would get more teenage boy sets that dont have to do with a specific sport. I would love to see the sets from the mini cattys from last year make it. The snowboarder, skateboarder etc. My boys arent into "cute" designs. Maybe something with computer games would be nice too. Musical things such as MP3 players, walkmans etc

One more thing I thought of for my SIL (who is 14) baton twirling sets for girls. Several of the parents are stampers & no one has ever found a stamp for this sport

I would love to see more things like the tractor time set.
I would like a set that has real looking big rigs or heavy duty machinery.
I would like to see more deer hunting, fishing and out doors stuff but not the cartoon look.
I agree! More on family, especially saying about family

I think we should also post some sets that should be retiring if there are overdue.
I would like to see a family set with mom.dad, son, daughter, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, cousin, gran dmother, grandfather, then to go along with that a stamp that would read and a space left blank to fill any of these in the space.this way we can make a card an secify it to that person.
to a special
Mom (example)this would be a blank line to fill this in.
on Her or His
Birthday.
some more stamp sets I would like to see.
a walk for cancer sets and have a ribbon that can be stamped with the color of the cause like pink for breast cancer.etc etc. A lot of people are doing walks for certain causes and I think we should have a stamp set with a saying that can be used to go along with these cancers.people do walk and take pictures of these fund raisers. So a set would be great to go with it.
Also individual sports set.like a soccer set,T-ball ball/baseball.basketball more kid related.etc etc.
months of the year written out in full like January,February.ETC ETC.FOR THOSE OF US WHO MAKE YEARLY CALENDARS.and borders to on the pages for swaps.
days of the week.sun.mon tues.etc etc.
year stamp from 2005 through 2010.
sympathy stamp sets.some of us ladies have been with SU for a long time and have friends that are getting older and we need to have a couple of symapthy sets.
this is just a start for me.hope you all will join in here and get a list going for NEXT YEARS CATALOG ADN NOT WAIT UNTIL 2 MONTHS BEFORE IT COMES OUT BEFORE PUTTING A LIST TOGETHER.
I'd like to see a karate set with:
- a tied belt so it could be stamped in various colors
- a stamp for each of the 12 principles of a black belt
- figures in action
I work with adults and children with disabilities. I just about pee'd my pants in excitment when I saw "A Good Sign" and "Delicate Dandelions" in this years catty. I think that they are great... but I would love to see maybe a set for kids, maybe showing disabled and non-disabled kids playing together.
Also, wouldn't it be cool to have an alphabet set done in ASL?
__________________ Whadda ya mean I can't stamp on that??
I'd like to see a gymnastic set and PLEASE include a trampoline and trampolist.
a family game night set (cards, board games, billiards, etc.)
a bar-b-que/picnic set
skaters
love the idea of a swatch pack
assorted ribbon packs
a large variety of corner adorner punches
to go with the sports, how about a set with umpires, referees etc.
I'm sure I'll come up with more. When I'm doing a project, I'm forever saying"man I wish I had a ________stamp set."
1. Hodgepodge hardware refills - bags of individual elements
2. Agree with packages of single-color eyelets, and more color choices
3. Love the idea of more ribbons (polka dots!)
4. I miss the Hermafix Vario tab dispenser - would like to see those come back but refills are outrageous in the craft stores - which could be a great opportunity if SU priced them right!
like the look of paisley and the on the spot stamp backgrounds.would be nice to see something like these in a smaller version.like the ones in the hero magazine that came out for 2006.it has 3 small stamps that can be used for backgrounds.and then they have a set of like 5 with circles some dotted circles and then some that have solid circles etc.very cool for background.
I somethimes wish SU WOULD KEEP THE CATALOG FOR 2 YEARS.I can never buy everything I want in 1 year with all the mini catalogs that come out.But I do do very well even though I'm not working.I know the rest of you ladies probably would not want this.since everyone can't wait for he next big catalog to come out.MYSELF INCLUDED.just wish I could afford more.
Sometimes I spend more on the mini catalogs.

Ribbons, Stitches, ZigZag and Straight Sewing along with one that looks like RicRac. You'd have the look but not have to drag out the machine or the bulk when doing SB pages.
