Hi, I'm new to being a registared member of split coast, although I have been a visitor for several months! I have posted some wanted items on your BST and wanted to know how I can do so in the future with out posting a email site for the world to see, I did a pretty generic one for now but I would like more privacy, I'm sure that this site can do it, I just don't know how?? Does a PM just automatically go to the registars email account or what?? I'm not really all that computer saavy and have never done anything like this before! Also, what does btt mean?? Thanks for your help and your patience!
Rhonda
Hi everyone, I'm new here and also new to stamping. Have been a card maker for about 10 years, but not stamping but doing other types. I will probably be more of a behind the scenes type for a while, as I'm trying to learn more as I've found out that there is a lot more to stamping than just putting stamp to paper LOL.

I am new to the site and have been creating cards along with my sister. We have made quite a few cards between us. We want to be able to display them for sale in some kind of album so people can view them easily without them falling out. Do you know of anything out there that would be useful for this purpose.
Hi All......I'm new here and just wanted to say hello! I can't wait to see everyone's work and am sure I'll be inspired by everyone's creativity! I love stamping and also scrapbooking!

Hello,
I am in the process of buying card making supplies. I cannot get it all at once and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what would be best to buy first. It is overwhelming and I love it all! :-D
Hi Shercram,
I have only just recently (since finding splitcoaststampers) been using my stamps and supplies. But, I have been collecting all these fun, fun things for several years. One thing I noticed was that I kept getting similar stamp sets and then I would have a lot of , say flowers, but nothing that would work well for a man's card. So I tried to vary the items I bought. Try to think of the occasions you will need. If you have highschool aged children, invest in a graduation set. (and then you'll need wedding and baby sets pretty quick -LOL) If your children are younger, you'll need more of the kiddy-type. But, as you will see by the incredibly talented folk here on SCS, you can be very creative no matter what sets you have.
Colors are so important for getting just the effect you want too. I found that I mostly had primary colors so I had to expand my horizons on that too. My enthusiasm always excedes my talent, but I LOVE to stamp.
Good luck narrowing down your selections - you will have so much fun!!!
Linda

I'm home from work, but couldn't help stopping by to say hi. It's so nice to "end" my day with possitive messages from fellow Flybabies/stampers. How old are your grandchildren Shercram?
Linda

New here, but have already added it to my favorites. I'll be back tonight to check out the site a bit more. I think this is just what I've been looking for! I've been doing some cardmaking this past year, but no stamping, and wanted to learn a bit about it.
I was just reading the latest postings and I am happy to find that I am not the only one who does cardmaking without stamps. I am learning a lot from this site and hopefully will go crazy stamping out here and there!

Need Help Entering Additional Info for my projects
Hello Everyone,
New here! I've posted some pics of my recent projects and I haven't quite figured out how to access the part where you can add additional information into the description re: paper colour, stamps, etc. I can see the descriptions on others pages and it is nice to see. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
