we don't report til March but we have ORDERS!!!!! White Beach Okinawa here we come! He has a class that runs from 10 January til the 1st of February so we should have plenty of time to get things taken care of for my overseas screening and the fur children. he actually did NOT get the job he asked for he got a BETTER one.. Looks like its a Joint command billet too, so that's two checks off on his career progression!
Of course we can't have him actually around for my birthday.. that would ruin the streak...hehehheeh

My husband does the sleep apnea thing! I listen to him and he stops breathing and I smack him! Works every time. : )

Happy Cleaning and Cooking to all! I have to get this place in order. It's picked up so it looks ok, but it is DIRTY! While I was out on Saturday DH was working on his car (burning some rubber off of some parts) and came in and out of the garage as the twins needed him. There is soot everywhere, on the floors, in the carpet and couch, the girls all had it on them....and yet, he never noticed. I wish I had that special kind of blindness.
A very special Tday blessing to you and yours, those darling girls will make you smile the entire day....except when they make you want to tear out your hair. Hope you have a WONDERFUL day filled with only card challenges, no other challenges! Hugs, big ( . ) ( . ) hugs! Can't you just feel them?

I'm back from the doc. Don't understand the urgency, although the initial study shows sleep apnea. I do have to go for another sleep study. The doc recommends CPAP and a mouth piece to thrust my jaw forward to better open my airway when sleeping (for the short term) and to lose weight. So I will start with CPAP, then go to the dentist to be measured/fitted for the mouth piece and really do the WW thing... Hmmm, sounds like fun, huh?
A few things about CPAP therapy.
My DH has had his machine over a year and still has issues. In my opinion he is a bit stubborn, but he doesn't snore any more. Its quieet! I actually bumped him last night thinking he was snoring -- it was the dog! :rolleyes:
Don't leave the office that gives you the CPAP machine until you are comfrortable with the mask. Otherwise you'll fight it and it will either leak or you'll take it off and chunk it accross the room.
Good luck, I promice you'll feel better and more rested once you've started.
Thanks for the info on the cricut origional. I recently sold my machine (which I used little) used for $75.00.
I did decide to get the expressions machine with the computer program from SCAL and use it much more. It is especially nice for cutting large letters for kids projects/posters etc., Have a great Thanksgiving week!

I know there was some talk of Watermarks lately and yesterday I was doing some catch up blog hopping and on one of them (tanisharenee) she had a link to a free copyrighting site My Free Copyright not that I feel like my designs are something someone may want to "steal" just found it pretty cool. So I'm sharing it.
Yes, Jeaneen, I am officially 'on vacation' for 5 days...and boy, do I NEED it!
I just finished a card for the Bombshell Hump Day Hop tomorrow- the challenge was to make a card using the Brick Wall technique...it was kinda fun, although I don't think my card came out all that great!
Now, I need to work on my buckle challenge card...

Everyone is always so busy this time of year, christmas birthdays are tough, but it beats the alternative

I'm off to start my baking I have two pumpkin rolls and a birthday cake to make. I'm going to try and get the cold food done today so all I'll have to do tomorrow afternoon is the hot dinner food. Yeah I think I'm going to waddle waddle. Pumpkin roll so worth it!

I can't believe that I forgot about my dh's birthday which is on that Friday! And my MIL's is the day before so I know we will be celebrating both of theirs that weekend.

Well here is my attempt at a buckle card. Using a standard hole punch to make a strip of holes is no easy feat..But it worked.

Good grief- everybody AND their mother was at the grocery store! At least THAT is done...now I need to finish laundry and clean a little...and it's STILL raining! UGH!
