At one time I registered but now I can't remember my username and am not 100% sure about my password either. I tried to change both, but get a message saying that my e-mail address is already in use.

Now might not be the best time to email the site, although midday here in So Cal, the site is clipping along really fast!!! Maybe most of the server troubles are on the way out. Anyway, I think you may have to contact Daven for help. I'm sure they can help you find your way back.
