I buy all mine from Oozak.com The guys are great and the shipping is reasonable. They'll ship to Canada and it's quick too. The only time that I've had to pay was for taxes, but $4.25 per marker...

If the offers are all different, it's a scam. The only way I would even bother looking into this is to go to my local Michael's in person. I would almost guarantee that this is a scam. No company...

I coloured mine with a marker (in this case pink) and then covered with stickles (cotton candy colour). They look awesome. They were snowflakes, but I'm sure you could do this with any colour.
