honestly, I use shoe boxes. all sizes. with lids. they work great and I have gobs of them anyway so I dn't have to buy anything. You can even decorate them to match whatever you want them to.

with either one, you must be sure to put the adhesive all the way to the very edge of the paper, otherwise your vellum will roll...
