Cascading Card info

I'm looking for information on a cascading card, I think it's called...it's like a card that tri-folds (where both sides fold in to cover the middle) and in the middle section there are envelopes...

I think that this is what I'm looking for too!!! It's not the waterfall card...it uses envelopes that are stuck together...
