I have the instructions and still couldn't figure it out. The cutting of the month sheet from both sides really threw me. That's why I bought an extra page of each month. Hopefully, that will help...

Amanda, we will have to compare notes on the glue glider. It looks like it holds more adhesive and is not too big and bulky like the other adhesive "gun" so that's why I bought it.
