Ok, Since I don't have the cold laminate sheets, I sprayed the back first with matte fixative then have been dry painting the pearl ex on the image of the angel. With just a regular paint brush...

I tend to usually think that if I have a lot of comments that it is a good card.... but I know that sometimes the gallery commenting is SO INCREDIBLY...
