I have a question for you ladies. I am working on a family gratitude spinner (I've talked about it before), and it is kinda like a mini-scrapbook on a spinner. I don't know how to count the 'pages'. They are 4x6 in size, about 6-12 pictures, and journal pages scattered through out. How would you count them? for every 4 'pages' count it as 1 12x12 page?

Good evening to all. I haven't been here lately,so i'm out of the loop. I will try to read,and catch up soon. I am excited! I am finishing pages. I went two months without my Mojo. Well i have spent the last two days at home, and refused to come out of my scrapbook room. I've completed eleven pages.Yeah! With my internet down, I cleaned my scrapbookroom and went to town. I also finished two ongoing projects (wallhangings for my youngest
daughter). I started weeks ago but just couldn't get it done. I haven't uploaded yet. I will probably take pictures saturday.My daughter has my camera and, won't be home till then. I think next, I want to work on challenges. I haven't done any in a while. I love the inspiration from SC. I have missed the Gallery too! Again hello, hope all is well.HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Ok....I'm sooooooooo going to pay for this tomorrow.....being sick and all....but I had to get a layout done....I've been stressing because I'm behind....so before I go to bed (15 mins tops) I'll have my layout done...I just have to add the journaling and a couple final touches...
So I'm minutes away from being 4/8 for Dec...
I will take photos and upload tomorrow.....

Oh it figures that I didn't join SCS until the end of November and only found this thread today! What fun!
I will try to complete 5 pages this month to ease my way into the challenge, with a budget of stash only. I think this is just what I needed to jumpstart my scrapbook creative juices...I've had a bit of a scrapbook creative block lately.
Can't wait to set a 2009 goal!

No time for pages last night, DS wanted to go to the Mall, he had a gift card "burning a hole in his pocket" to spend. Walked out w/ a Fun Sweatshirt & we had a nice time together.... :mrgreen:

Since our goals are "just for fun".... do what makes sense to you! If 4=1...that works!! :cool:

Is anyone going to be around today? It's snowing outside (they we talking storm on the radio last night) and I'm sick so I'm just going to put around and try for another dbl layout today....I like the idea of scrappin' tonight too....
Question....I didn't met my Nov goal.....is it suppose to carry on into Dec??

This is the one I struggled with for the title....I seem to always have the title in the same place....at least this time I turned it.....I just love the expressions on my sons face....too cute...
I did this one for IFC02....my first time trying one of these challenges and I totally loved it!!!!! I know it seems weird to do a layout on a store...but it would make sense if you could read the journalling....I basically did it as a part of my life.......(the title couldn't really be played with but I'm keeping an eye out for new places and ways to do titling)
I was able to look at the layouts you ladies posted yesterday and they're great! I left some comments in galleries too.
I have a question. Do you ever find it hard to scrap anywhere other than home? If I'm at a friends house I feel some sort of pressure to come up with an amazing layout and put it together perfectly. It's hard to come up with any ideas and I'm worried about doing anything permanent to my pages/photos til I get home. Like I'll get all the parts done and ready to go, but not put them on the page til I'm home and confirm that I like it. Is this just me or does anyone else do this too?
I have a Creative Memories dealer right across the street from me and she's invited me to a couple scrapping nights. I got nothing done other than trimming and organizing pictures (I had bought one of their big organizers). I block out completely at someone else's house...even when I go to stamp cards at a friend's house. Unless I have everything planned out ahead of time, I freeze and get nothing done! That's why I like this website. I get lots of inspiration and can take my time to think about it and plan. Then lots of people look and some actually tell me that they like what I do. It's great encouragement. Thanks!

and Kirsten! Funny"ish" story, my dh is always joking about Christmas cards having "jingles" in them (he means money). It happened that we did get a gift card in the mail, then he asked if any others had "jingles". I said, yes, listen, and shook yours. Those are my favourite kind of jingles. Thank you soooooo much.
Hmmm. I responded (I think). I'm having trouble getting the mojo to get up off the chair right now. I have to make Christmas cards. I think I'm going to use the Holy Triptych set. As soon as I get up. Really.

Here's my first page for the month. I don't really have a title, just the quote. Now I really should get back to the gifts I need to make...after I work on another page.
I have a Creative Memories dealer right across the street from me and she's invited me to a couple scrapping nights. After this last year, scrapping w/ you gals I too MUCH prefer to just scrap at home and not have to pack anything up!
