I am still excited about the cards we made. Of course, now I have a few sets to buy! As soon as I can get myself off this computer, I am going to go to my craft desk and stamp!
I can't wait to see you all again. I wish I had a gathering place to offer, but we are pretty short of space in Wilmington.

Pia...you go girl! I'm drinking wine and reading posts. I have a great stamp room...but it's awful lighting at night. Hopefully, I'll fix that tomorrow with my new lamp. BTW...Annie (justannie) and I were still remarking about how cool your disney address labels looked! I'm going to have to check out the next swap you host!

I hope the wine was good! I bought an ott light, it helps the lighting. I did not get anything done last night. As usual the house was messier than when I left and I had cleaning to do! I have only my 8 year old home today so I hope to have some time for me. My husband took the other 2 with him to his parents! Of course I have to shop to get him ready for his trip tomorrow.

I hope the wine was good! I bought an ott light, it helps the lighting. I did not get anything done last night. As usual the house was messier than when I left and I had cleaning to do! I have only my 8 year old home today so I hope to have some time for me. My husband took the other 2 with him to his parents! Of course I have to shop to get him ready for his trip tomorrow.

The wine was very good. It's funny you mention the OTT light..Ann bought me one yesterday and I'm going to hook it up today. I know what you mean about the house...I'm looking at mine trying to figure if I should start cleaning THEN make cards, or make cards THEN start cleaning. Sigh.....I'm sure business before pleasure will win.

Hi Sharon!
It's a light that makes it look like daylight! It's really not that it's a "BRIGHT BRIGHT" light, just that it covers your desk area really well, shows true colors, casts little or no shadowing! I just got done using it for the first time tonight--OH MY WORD! It makes a HUGE difference for me! I couldn't stamp at night because the lighting was so terrible! I love it! My sister Ann (justannie) found this light (it's called a "Crafters light-has a OTT light, magnifying glass, and big clip to hold things steady) for 20 bucks! Well worth it! I'll ask Ann where she found it.. BTW, Sharon--how was the party??

well-i'd love to do it again, too! and if no-one else has the space, i'm happy to do it here in upton again, too! the summer gets pretty crazy, so i'd be willing to try again early fall. say, right after schools starts up again...(school hasn't even ENDED yet and i'm talking about it starting again!) so--after a while--if no-one has stepped forward, i'll start a new thread for a date in september...what say you all?

Pia...what a great idea to mention to inkabout it how nice it was for their donation. Gosh...seems so long to wait till the fall. I had a great time...I think everyone was so nice and so much FUN! We folks in MA are a great bunch!

Thanks for hosting Annie and thank you to all of you wonderful MA stampers. I had a great time and I've got so many wonderful ideas to carry with me. I don't mind coming to Upton again if that works for everyone. Kerry and I had a lovely trip to the Christmas tree shop on our way home! ;)
