We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
Ladies, Im putting together an order for www.CutCardStock.com and if anyone would like to order anything, Id be happy to include you (there is free shipping on orders over $125). I can bring your paper to the gathering for you to pick up. For those who are new to Cut Card Stock, they have some papers that are identical to some of the SU offerings but at better prices. Some equivalents are:
Curious Iridescent CRYOGEN WHITE = SU Shimmery White
Curious Iridescent Poison Ivory is like Shimmery White, but Ivory
Curious Metallic GOLD LEAF = SU Brushed Gold
Curious Metallic GALVANISED = SU Brushed Silver
I did a quick price comparison, and the Iridescents are 36 cents a sheet compared to SU at 80 cents, and the Metallics are 40 cents compared to SU at 80 cents.
Take a look at the site, and maybe even try some new colors. Last time I ordered the Malmero Perle Sparkle Noir (black), and I find myself using it in place of SU Black a lot. If you are interested in ordering, please PM me by 4/4. If you are interested in any of the specials or close outs, please be aware that they may not be available when I place the order on 4/5.
Just to remind everyone who might be interested. I have received a couple of orders from ladies here and also from other friends, so I believe we will be looking at free shipping .

Linda, I hate to miss a Syracuse event, but don't have the energy or ambition to prepare. I'm just starting to work on Buffalo, which is the only gathering I've committed to in about a year. We have several other out of town trips on April and May weekends. Maybe I'll see you at the stamping expo in summer?!

So sad you can't make it.
What about the expo in Albany in April??
My weekends are booking up pretty good too....
How are you feeling Gail??

No Albany...saving my $$ for Buffalo.
Feeling pretty good day to day, but tire easily and not sleeping well. Plus every time they tweak the meds...
That's why I'm awake and up at 5:30:(
I can't complain, though. It's annoying but not life threatening.

How many dogs does it take to change a light bulb?
1. Golden Retriever: The sun is shining, the day is young, we've got our whole lives ahead of us, and you're inside worrying about a stupid burned out bulb?
2. Border Collie: Just one. And then I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code.
3. Dachshund: You know I can't reach that stupid lamp!
4. Rottweiler: Make me.
5. Boxer: Who cares? I can still play with my squeaky toys in the dark.
6. Lab: Oh, me, me!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I? Pleeeeeeeeeze, please, please, please!
7. German Shepherd: I'll change it as soon as I've led these people from the dark, check to make sure I haven't missed any, and make just one more perimeter patrol to see that no one has tried to take advantage of the situation.
8. Jack Russell Terrier: I'll just pop it in while I'm bouncing off the walls and furniture.
9. Old English Sheep Dog: Light bulb? I'm sorry, but I don't see a light bulb!
10. Cocker Spaniel: Why change it? I can still pee on the carpet in the dark.
11. Chihuahua: Yo quiero Taco Bulb. Or "We don't need no stinking light bulb."
12. Greyhound: It isn't moving. Who cares?
13. Australian Shepherd: First, I'll put all the light bulbs in a little circle...
14. Poodle: I'll just blow in the Border Collie's ear and he'll do it. By the time he finishes rewiring the house, my nails will be dry.
How many cats does it take to change a light bulb?
Cats do not change light bulbs. People change light bulbs. So, the real question is:
"How long will it be before I can expect some light, some dinner, and a massage?"
