Another resturant "Don't go there", by Loretta Rodger
-- Went to Photo Scraps today while DH and I where out. Decided to try the Mexican resturant in the plaza. Looked great, menu looked great and it smelled so good!
-- So, I ordered the taco special and Mike the Burrito plate. You guys ever eaten the chilli in a can with your hot dogs? That is what the meat in our dishes tasted like. It was like eating a chilli cheese dog -- which is fine if you don't want Mexican food. Reminded me of a Kitchen Nightmare episode with Gordon Ramsey and the cooks using caned pre-pared foods instead of fresh. It was way bad!
Off to get some stamping done. Still need to start my BRAK cards for November. Umm, I'm a bit behind! Hugs!
Hi Amanda! No, our cats only eat dry food. Since we have 5 it's just too expensive to buy can food for all of them. When we have given them can cat food they get diarrhea, I guess because their tummies aren't used to it.
What a nasty, nasty morning! I just want to crawl back in bed and stay there till noon!
Who has the ark? I think we might need one!
It is awful out there! I felt so sorry for the poochies this morning having to go outside to go potty! Wish I could crawl back in bed too but have to be at work a little earlier today!

As for me, just walking from my car to the building, my umbrella blew inside out twice. I have never had and umbrella blow inside out! It's a mess and I want the sunshine back.:(

Anyone up for a Wal-Mart parking lot stamp sale? LOL A lady I know from Kimmie's SU sale is going to bring her SU sets to Wal-Mart in Severn I told her I would tell y'all about it. I'll let you know what day/time when she tells me. It's going to be soon I'm going to pick up my BEST OF CLUCK set. I'm so happy I/Kimmie found someone who has it. She is a Teacher so I'm thinking it will be a Saturday or Sunday.

It is old wet and nasty. Like many of y ou with animals, mine are looking at me like mom, I don't like getting my paws wet.
I'm waiting for my third visit from the brown guy today! I ordered the new flower die from SU and some paper. I'm really excited to receive my goodies!
Have a great trip Kimmie! Stay safe and have lots of FUN. I'm so jealous it's not even funny.....a weekend away....with other adults.:confused:
I've been tossing around the idea of a weekend up in Amish Country maybe in February?? Head up Friday night and come back on Sunday. Hit all the stamp stores on Saturday and then show off what we bought Saturday night and do some stamping? I do this in January with my stamp club girls and it is a lot of fun. And the hotel has good winter rates too.

Oh my goodness - Many many thanks for all the Birthday wishes from all of you! You all made this old lady smile!
It sure is a nasty day out! I spent much of the day inside my warm and dry office. The drive there and back was 'interesting.' Thought the van was going to blow away! Now that I am home, I certainly am staying put and am gonna have some fun stamping, scrapping and finishing packing up stuff for the SBS on Sat.

WOW Cindy, that sure sounds like such an awesome time. BUT, Feb. is my busiest month in the tax office, so I will have to pass (do you hear me crying???) I know you all will have a super time and find lots of wonderful goodies! I do want to hear ALL about it!
