Happy Wednesday to you guys too! I like Wednesdays at this time because I have grad classes Tues and Wed, so after the 2nd class it almost feels like a weekend knowing all that stuff is done for the week!!
I'm doing a Master's program at Northeastern... that's why I moved here, I just started a month ago. Classes are held down in Randolph.
I'm quite sure my friends will make the trip, we've driven farther to stamp with friends before! We'll make a whole weekend of it, we do enjoy "jammie stamping" after the official gatherings.

My in-laws live in Randolph. I work near the NU Boston campus

Yes, we want your NY friends to come, they sound like a lot of fun.
I'll tell them!!! They are lots of fun! We all met through gatherings on SCS, and now stamp together all the time, well, that is until I moved out here! I miss them...

Are you confused??? THis is not the Scrapbox thread!!! LOL...
But I'm very excited for this gathering too, you girls are gonna LOVE the chocolate rocks! YUM!!!
I'm not sure if I will have silent auction items... depends on if I have time to go through some of my stuff, and I sold a bunch in the Spring. I'd definately bring a grab bag though, that's always fun.
I think the silent auction is for you .... to sell things you no longer need or buy things from other gals. It's not being held at a church, Andi is opening her house to us!!
The grab bag I would guess sounds simlar to a gift swap. You put somewhere like $10 worth of items together at a door prize, and those that bring something get to be in the drawing to choose from the grab bag/gift swap/door prizes brought.

I would let you put the starting bid for your item. Then folks can bid until 2 PM on items. Winner pays out and takes their items when they leave. There would be increments of at least fifty cents on items.

Nancy, Great to hear your son is in. We can give lots of advice. Chris has been in 21 years and both of us love mentoring the young folks. That is what is going to make the Air Force even better when they are the ones running the place in the future.
