okay, Pizza Hut, it is! Any requests for what kind? I was thinking a mix. some cheese, some with everything, some with pep. etc. Any ham & pineapple fans?
I'm a fan of Everything but anchovies, but can also be happy with whatever everyone else wants. Thanks for ordering all the pizzas, Dody! Will you be ordering sodas too, or should we bring our own favorites? I like Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Coke, but can bring my own little cooler and ice. I LOVE Sonic ice!! Is there a Sonic nearby?

cheese and pepperoni sound good to me, and some kind of veggie for anyone who wants.
Another question that may have been answered before, do we need to include envelopes with our cards? I am putting the baggies together and wasn't sure I should include an envelope or not. Thanks!

I'm not really picky except that I'm allergic to peppers. all kinds of peppers, including the topping you shake on your pizza. Ham and pineapple sounds good to me! Micaela likes plain cheese or black olives, but she'll take whatever.

Now see, that's good info to know!!! BTW, are you really going to Stamping Thyme? I'm going to Newfoundland this summer & need to know if this is something I need to see for myself! I think we drive that way.

I have some 2 liters of different sodas....yep, plenty of diet Dr. Pepper too. I have 6 2 liters so far but plan on picking some some more tomorrow. I am figuring on 3 slices per stamper, think that's enough? Sonic... that's just about the only thing NOT by Mall of Ga. sorry:(

I would like to come to the Gwinnett county. What time & any other details?
Robin, we have had some ladies drop out at the last minute so if you want to make 26 full cards come on over! Put everything needed in it's own baggie in case we don't finish in time. the library closes at 6 lol!
I just got home from the library & actually looked at the meeting room~ think I should have done this before? lol, it's going to be perfect for us! There's a tiny kitchen with sink & counters but no frig.... I have already bought plates, napkins, hot cups & cold drink cups and some 2 liters of different sodas. Linda's bringing coffee fixings and Carla is bringing paper to protect the tables (right?), Pam is making our name tags, anyone else I missed?
Remember to bring:
your swaps,
mono or glue stick (bring plenty)
$10 cash
Dirty Stamper gift
your camera !!!
The Dirty Stamper Game is played like the game everyone plays at Christmas....you bring a nicely wrapped gift and put in in the center. Everyone draws numbers and gets to chose a gift in that order. You may chose a new unwrapped gift or you may steal a gift from someone else. #1 gets to chose again after everyone has gone. Usually a gift is frozen after it has been stolen 3 times. Last year we made all the gifts be stamp or scrap related with a value of $10-$15. You don't need to sign up for this....just bring a gift if you want to play. It makes a fun way to get to know each other; last year we played it at lunch & could do so again.
Leslie, I was just thinking that I needed to do a reminder, so thanks !
The library opens at 9:00; I could use some help setting things up. Hopefully some of you ladies who live close by ? We can start stamping as soon as things are settled.... 9:30ish. Let's take a lunch break at 12:30 & play the Dirty Stamper game during the break. Back to stamping at 1:00 until 5:00 and then clean up. Library closes at 6:00 and we have to have everything back to normal before then.
Please bring $10. cash for lunch, as that's what we'll use to pay for the pizzas & drinks. If anyone wants to bring munchies, I'm sure it would be appreciated by all.
If you're getting off of hwy 85 take 20 east about 3 miles (just pass the Publix shopping center) to Azalea road, there's a blue library sign to Camp Perrin Road, again follow the blue sign. The Library is on Camp Perrin. If you miss Azalea don't worry cause it's a horseshoe shaped road that comes back onto 20 so just be ready to take it next time! The blue signs are there too
The Collins Hill Library sign is missing the letters so just look for the blue road signs (sigh!) it's pass the Country Club ... really, you can't miss it AND if you do miss it; when you get to Collins Hill Road turn around & try again! We're only talking about a half of a mile or so ;)
Feel free to ask any questions at any time, I'm trying to do my best here but this is an unknown for me too!
okay, if there is any other important info y'all are on your own!!! ;) C ya!

I'm excited too! I can't wait for it! I need to clean out some space in my card stash for some new ones. Going to send out some RAK's to get rid of some.
I am all set to go. Last night I bagged the cards and 6 x6 pages, wrapped the gifts, and got all the rest of my stuff (including my camera in my bag) and it is all ready to go.

I just did it all last night. I said to myself. I HAVE to get this done and did it. LOL! (Now I am behind on everything else I have to do, but oh well!)

I figure there's less than half of us repeaters, I'm so glad all of the rest of you are coming! I've bought 16 2 liters of different sodas, am thinking 8 large pizzas- will order tomorrow; paper stuff, waiting in the car. Swaps have been ready for DAYS!!! Packed up & ready to walk out the door.... I don't do last minute very well ;)

some things I'm good last minute. but trust me, I have a list of what I need to bring. I'm still bringing paper and my old (retired) swaps for the charity, so if people get a break they can help me mount cs to the cards to send for Samantha.

Well I have my gift for the Dirty Stampers game, but I still have to do my 6x6's. I will do that tommorrow morning. I have an idea of what I want to do Hopefully it will turn out. Hey I was up that way today I went to Archiver's that is where I got my goodies. Silly me went up there for one thing specific to get for the game, but ended up pulling a bunch of things then spreading them out on the counter there and getting something completely different. And the stinkin girl that helped me made me spend more money cause I just had to have some for myself and then I wanted to get something to donate for prizes for VSBN and I knew what I was getting for each thng and totally changed my mind ugh!
Ok I think I may do Subway also, I have to watch my WW points and I have to keep working at loosing this weight, but I will give some money to help cover costs.
Please give some examples of what you might suggest. Stamping, scrapping supplies? or maybe anything???
Thanks!
There was a little of everything last year. Current and retired stamp sets, SellaBration sets, I came home with a Bath and Body works gift set, there were scrapbooking supplies, lots of that as I recall.

When you say full cards, do you mean an 8 1/2 X 11 folded in half or a 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 folded in half to make a full card? Different people have different idea's about a full cards. I have cut up for the second of the two but could always use it for something else. I just don't want to disappoint anyone by not being sure. Also when you say put everything in a baggie, do you mean 26 baggies or one for the project? Can I put it all in a Shoebox? Please advise!
Thanks

Hey Robin,
Full card: 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 folded in half
As for the baggies: 26 baggies. This way if people run out of time, they can just grab a baggie & make the card at home. Then you can put it all in a shoebox.
