Default Where should I go in Orlando?????

Hi, Ladies!! I'll be coming to Orlando from Tempe, AZ, for a work conference. I'll have a *smidgen* of free time, and wonder if anyone can suggest a LSS I should/could visit?? I'll be staying at the Disney Port Orleans, and won't have a car but if its not super far wouldn't mind taking a cab. Any suggestions???

TIA!!

Make sure to go to downtown disney to the photo/picture store and check out the scrapbooking supplies that they have. They are exclusive to disney. It is in marketplace east by the toy store.

Don't get your hopes too high for the scrapbooking store at Disney, like I did!! I was very disappointed...dh couldn't believe how fast I came out and empty handed! It really is not much different than you will find at the resorts...to be honest, I thought the gift shop at PO FQ had more!! I really don't know why Disney doesn't market their scrap supplies like they do everything else!! Hopefully someone can give you a store off site in the vicinity that will have more for you. Also, check out www.disboards.com
they have a scrapbooking section...maybe some on there will have feedback as well!
Good luck - have fun!!!!
Wish I was coming with you!!!! (see my avatar??!)

I agree about the scrapbooking store at Disney. When my sister visited from Illinois, we went out there. She's the scrapper, not me. They had some albums and some stickers, but that was about it.

There is a pretty good LSS out by the Florida Mall. Not really sure how much it would cost for a taxi though, as it is about 30 mins away. I have to agree about the scrapbook store at Downtown Disney. They have a few cute things, but nothing that really strikes my fancy. Everything seems a little outdated . . .
