I was able to sell the Celtic stuff to my friend to recoup some of the cost.
I saw these cool Egyptian borders and thought you might like them:

I was wandering around ebay the other day and found a listing for Polar Express. It is only at $3 right now but it has 4 days left. The seller doesn't have a picture listed but you could always ask!!

As soon as I saw it I thought of this thread. I know there were a few people looking to get their hands on it!

Hello All!

I know someone looking for Peaceful Pastoral and Times and Seasons. I'm going to suggest she put it in an ISO thread but I just thought I'd touch base with you all, too. Thanks,

Nancy

Unfortunately, I've only discovered SU about a year and a half ago. Fell in love with stamp sets from 1999 to around 2005. So, yes, I've paid more than I normally like to pay. But my stamps are keepers. Wonder dream of selling them. (Of course, I'm sure my kids will, as soon as I'm six feet under- I have 2 boys) Anyway, I'm still trying to find Take me Out to the Ballgame, but I won't pay a really high price. With patience I've managed to buy Snow Globe, Girl Power, Dreams and Dragons and a few others. I've been looking for Take me out to the Ballgame since last June. Really need it for the poetry book my boys are doing in my classroom I managed to get Rough & Tumble for football, and On the Go for them, but I need a baseball stamp and this happens to be the only one I like. Since it comes out of my pocket and not the school, I can't afford to pay high prices. Anyone have it and willing to sell, just email me at [email protected]

I'd like to find Avian Toile at an affordable price. I posted an ISO a few months ago but didn't get any responses. I hate to patrol ebay too often as I find things that I all of a sudden "have to have!" I guess I could set up a favorites search and let them email me.....

Okay, so I went trolling through ebay. Wasn't someone looking for Polar Bears? Check it out here:

Default winter wonderland

Winter Winderland is on ebay right now--starting bid $9.00! Can't post the link because I am new, but you can do a search for it!

I would like Cold-Weather Friends and Yukon. They retired right after I found SU and I just recently "discovered" them. Oh, yeah, the covered bridge set; I think it was called "changing seasons".

This thread has been awesome! Please forgive me for forgetting the name but someone pm'd after I posted about wanting Winter Wonderland so I have that.

I have been buying SU for 2 years now and my wish list is huge!!! My first stamp set that I wish I had is Wild wild west! I cant beleive its going for as high it is on ebay...I wonder why??was it a limited edition or what? I just think it suits my lifestlye 100% my hubby is a cowboy and ride a horse pretty much everyday to check cows! but I would never buy it for 100-200$ also I would love to buy yukon, and on the farm, song birds(I kick myself in the butt for not buying it) tractor time anything farm and ranch related!!

There are some rare sets that I would love to have, but I would never ever pay the kind of prices that some of them go for on ebay. I wait until I find one for a low buy it now price or I will bid on one that's up for auction, but I won't big outrageously. Eventually if you wait long enough one will come along.
