I thought it would be fun to start a thread telling everyone what your screen name means, or how you came up with it.........
Mine is "Luciesfloozies"..........
My husband always calls me "Lucie" even though my name is Cindy. (In the TV show, I Love Lucy, Ricky would always say "Lucy, you got a lot of 'splainin to do!"
So thats the Lucie part.........
I used to make a lot of beaded jewelry, and I made some pins that I called "Floozies", so I came up with Luciesfloozies!

Mine is my "grandma" name. My first grandson called me "Bugga" when he was trying to learn to talk.
He could say all kinds of other words very plainly, but refused to say Grandma, or Nana. He insisted I was "Bugga". Needless to say, that name has stuck, and all 16 of my grandkids call me Bugga to this day.
He is 19 now, and it still tugs at my heart to hear him say "Bugga" in his deep baritone voice.
I live in Oklahoma - so it's Bugga in OK.
PS My avatar is a Birthday card drawn by my 6-year-old granddaughter to "Bugga."

Umm - I used to work as a cook. The 22 just came as what was available when I was choosing a user name for eBay way back, nothing to do with birthdays or anything. I loved cooking from when I could barely walk, but gave it up as a job a few years after getting married; when I'd been cooking for someone else all afternoon, I wasn't enjoying cooking at home for DH and for friends.
Stamping, well that's obvious
Mathilda is my middle name, and much easier to use on English speaking boards than my first name "Godelieve"...
Also inspired by Tom Waits' song Waltzing Mathilda, a favorite ...
The Angel of the North is one of my favourite pieces of public art (picture of him on my blog banner if you want to know what he looks like!). When I signed up to another forum, there was a length restriction so I couldn't have the full thing and became Angelnorth instead - I've used it ever since.
When I started doing bookbinding as a hobby, one instruction book said you should have a name for your "press" so you can put "publishing" information in each book you make. Since it took me 34 years to get crafty despite having been born into a very crafty family, LateBlossom seemed appropriate.
Years ago when I started working as a tech writer my boss installed some software on my Mac and signed my user name as wiggy. It's supposed to be a term meaning stressed, like "Linda is all wiggy about this deadline". So the term stuck and it's been used in all of my various email addresses over the years. The nine part is there because there are apparently eight other wiggys before me.
My moms name is Anne and so is mine. But for as long as I can remember, everyone called me Ansa. I think my grandmother called me Ansa and my Mom Anne....and it stuck. So..........JustAnsa!

Mine is quite boring .. just my name! LOL
I usually use it because it's not that common and I have yet to have another person using the same name. So imagine my surprise when I found out there is another lady named Jodene on this very site! (she goes by something related to Mickey Mouse I believe).
Mine is Speedystamper . . . not because I am such a "speedy" stamper (though I kinda am) but because when I started stamping I had three children under the age of five and if I intended to get any stamping done at all, I'd best be speedy about it and thus the name!
I usually have glitter somewhere on my cards. One of my friends nicknamed me Glitterbabe and it stuck - so does the glitter - on everything! My desk, my shoes, my carpet, my face, my hair, etc., etc.
Mine is from a TV show from several years ago called Sports Night. A guy on the show was going on a date with a girl named Pixley. The whole episode a girl who liked this guy went around saying "Pixley, what kind of name is Pixley?" Not long after that episode we ended up getting a puppy and named her Pixley. So I guess it's kind of weird that my screen name is my dog's name, but I like it!
Well, when I first started communicating on-line, a photography forum was the site and I used the "cameramouse" because I "do" photography and I didn't know nearly as much as the rest of the board members so I was kinda mousey about sharing.......When they redid the software the program wouldn't let me use cameramouse so I changed it to c-mouse. And I also collect mice, wooden ones for the kitchen, charming tails ones and House Mouse stamps.

When I was a little girl my best friend was deaf, undiagnosed until he was 4 he taught himself to speak and could not pronounce my name Leslie correctly. He called me Lellie. As the years went it got shortened to Lel. Not many people use it anymore except for those who have known me since then.
the 196 is the street number of my house. Thus my screen name of lel196.

The cat you see in my avatar - his name is Shadow. He was my buddy for 18 years and he died last year. Using the name Shadowkat is my way of remembering him and the 1283 is my house number. I tried just using Shadowkat but I guess there is more than one on this site!
Coffeeaddictsam- comes from Sam my name, and the fact that whilst I worked in the city I was drinking about 10 cups of coffee a day- all of my support staff used to say I was a coffee addict.
I have now kicked that habit and am down to a very respectable 4-6 and never after 4.
Well, this is a pretty neat thread Sometimes I wonder how everyone comes up with their user name.
My user name is 'LaLatty' which is my husband's pet name for me. He calls me 'Patty LaLatty' ;) We all have pet names in our house. Even our cars have names....LOL

My DH is a Jr, and that's his nickname. Years ago - long before he was my husband (just friends), he would call himself Junior Boonstoon - I have no idea where he got that - he doesn't either! But after we were married, I was attempting to register on a web-site, and nothing that I entered for a screen name was accepted. Out of frustration, I just typed boonstoon - and it was accepted! So that's my screen name on several web-sites.
Mine is the name I was planning to give to the 3rd baby if we had had one and she was a girl. At the time I signed on, it was becoming clearer that we were going to remain a family of four and I wanted to use the name somehow.
My real name is plain ol' Jean.

I came to this party rather late and all the names I had in mind having to do with stamping, scrapping or West were taken. So I picked lutheran because I am and the lower case spelling was as accident I will have to live with forever.
