Default What is CDO?
I can figure out most of the acronyms, but this one stumps me. And as soon as someone tells me what this is I am sure I will feel like an idiot! I have an idea but not sure.

CDO = Customer Direct Order

It's where the demo sends your SU order directly to your (or someone else's) house instead of going thru a party. HTH
