CDO = Customer Direct Order. We (demonstrators) can place an order with Stampin' Up to ship directly to the customer (not needing to ship to a 'hostess' or to us).

Yup these acronyms are so hard to figure out sometimes and then so obvious when you see it written out.

I can never remember what kwim means...I drive myself nuts!!!!
