upload question

It's been awhile since I uploaded any pictures and I'm having trouble getting past the first page of the process. After I choose my pictures and hit SUBMIT, the next page never appears where I input my colors, etc. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, I've got it now. My file was too big. I knew it had to be a certain size, but the screen where it is uploaded says, "file size unlimited" so I thought it didn't matter. But it does! Once I fixed that - no problem!

If the upload queue is too full, my guess is that big files can overwhelm it -- sort of like the proverbial straw!
