Hi.. I need you gals to answer my hypothetical question...
I had a demo in Hawaii order and purchase Stampin Up supplies for me as an agreement in trade. I did 20 scrapbook pages in exhange for several hundreds buck worth of SU order.
She *says* she ordered them last Monday and today is "next" Tuesday. I am in Visalia CA. Is a week and 1 day right? I know that SU supplies come straight from Utah.
It shouldn't matter where the order originates or where the demo resides, but to where the order is being shipped. In GA, my orders take usually between 7and 10 days. So what you need to know is how long it takes for SU! orders to get to CA--that's all, it would be the same.

Is the order coming to you, or is it coming to her and then she is shipping it to you?
If it's being shipped directly to you (from SU) then there would be a UPS tracking # and you would be able to tell where it is and when it would arrive. HTH!

Yeah but demo never gave me the ups tracking # to begin with and I tried contacting her, no response.
Did you have this trade under contract? I would email her and ask her for the tracking number, if she doesn't give it, most likely she didn't order it. Then I would contact SU.
Hmmmm if she didn't give you a tracking # and isn't getting back to you then I would call SU and let them know. They may not say anything to you about the situation (since they will have to contact her and get her side of the story etc etc) but they WILL look into it and *hopefully* will be able to do something about it (but no guarantees since demo's don't "work for" SU - but hopefully they can contact her and see what's up!).
I just moved FROM Hawaii, and our orders arrived by 2nd Day Air. So even if she had the order shipped to HER by accident & was then mailing it to you, you should have it by now. There are a lot of demos in Hawaii, so I probably don't know her as I stayed on my post with my SU business. Sorry I can't help out!
