I haven't been able to access the home page in 2 days. I can only get in through the gallery. I have SCS as my browser homepage and it will not load up. Has indexing wording. Will this be fixed soon?
Hi there Pam -
The problem is in your browser - you have a cached copy of the site in there. Especially if the site is your homepage - that means it's bookmarked.
You need to totally clear your browsing history and cache to get the little kink out you are seeing.
So sorry for the trouble - that is some needless suffering for two days! We can't have that!
Hmmmm, I refreshed and it still only shows two. Any ideas? The pics are also missing from the company (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps) gallery and mine are not the only ones missing.

Well, not sure what I did to fix it (rebooted my computer, cleared my cache, tried a new browser which didn't even open, went back to the old browser and refreshed for the umpteenth time) but it is finally working. Strange, since only certain member cards weren't showing in addition to my own and it seemed to only be my computer.

Whenever I made a comment on a forum I would receive an email letting me know that other comments have been made. That no longer has been happening, at least for me, has something changed?

You know what? I can't believe you posted this at the precise moment I checked my spam folder and found ALL my Splitcoast notifications in there.
You do not use the same email provider I do, so I find this interesting.
Your settings are correct - would you mind checking to see if those messages are in your spam folder?
Most of the cards from my gallery have disappeared this morning. Seems like the same ones that went missing earlier this week. They returned overnight but gone again. I'm sure they'll be back but wanted to let you know. Thanks!

Same here!! Exactly the same cards are missing from my gallery and the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps gallery that were missing earlier in the week plus all new uploads. They were there one minute and the next minute, gone.

By disappear do you mean there is a space where some images should be? Or do you mean it now says you have 5 items and you used to have 100?
Also a close time of when they vanished would help. I think I may know what it is if the times line up. I'm so sorry. We are very hot on this trail.
I only have 34 showing out of well over 200....no empty spaces.
They disappeared, I am guessing, about 30 min. ago. I was there earlier
and the next time I returned they were gone.

I have the same problem for the 3 rd time. Always the same 9 cards show up. They were all there just 15 minutes ago - now they are gone. No empty spaces - just not there.
It shows only 2 cards when there should be pages and pages of cards.
They vanished around 9am EST this morning, not sure about the time before though.
When I click on a keyword in the image I had up when everything disappeared (link below), I get this message: "Sorry, we came up empty on your search terms. Check your spelling?"
I am able to refresh the card, but if I try to go to my gallery where it is located to see all of my cards, it's not there and I only see two cards from 2008, the same two cards I saw before when it happened.

I'm still not receiving emails regarding posts on forums.
I checked your settings and they are correct, so if they aren't getting killed in your spam filter, I can only suggest unsubscribe and resubscribe to an existing busy thread and see if that fixes it.
Also, subscribe to a new thread and see if that works.

The problem is definitely email filtering then. I am so sorry. :(. The subscription function is working right. I'd contact either your ISP or you email provider and ask them if they changed their filtering. Tell them the address to whitelist is [email protected].
Last night I favorited a bunch of cards from the Thoughts and Prayers gallery. At least 40 different ones. I had about 60 in my favorites already. Went to look at them this evening and my favorites album is showing nothing. There is a text box that says this album doesn't contain any images or something like that.
Mine too. I was cleaning up some of my favorites earlier for sets that I no longer owned and I took a break. Just came back a few minutes ago, and everything was gone.
ok, thanks. I went into the Thoughts and Prayers album and opened one I had favorited. The red heart is still there, so hopefully it will show back up?

I'm having a problem with this too. Glad to hear that it is fixable. Although it's forcing me to be creative all on my own without being able to look at cards I've favorited.
