Here are the steps to clear your browser cache if you are having issues on Splitcoast or any other site.
This includes instructions for the latest versions of AOL, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. For AOL users, please do the following:
1. On the AOL toolbar , click Settings icon
2. In Index select Internet [web] options
3. In AOL Browser Setting select Clear My Footprints tab
4. Select Clear My Footprints
5. Select YES
For Internet Explorer users, please to the following: Click Tools > Internet Options, and then click "Delete" in the highlighted area on the General Tab. On the second screen, please check or uncheck boxes to match the highlighted area and click Delete. Then click OK to return to your browser, click refresh and you will be able to return to Splitcoast.
For Firefox users, make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of Firefox, and then do the following:
Click Tools > Options.
First, on the Privacy tab, click "Clear Your Recent History". Then, click Remove Individual Cookies. This will bring up a second screen. You can either search for all splitcoast cookies, or what we recommend, click "Remove All Cookies".
Click OK. Refresh your browser, and make sure you log back in to the site.
For Google Chrome Users, please do the following:
Click the wrench on the top right side of the browser. Click Options.
In the "Under the Hood" tab, click "Clear Browsing Data".
Then click Content Settings, and then Click "Show Cookies and Other Site Data" . Click "Remove All". Click Ok, refresh browser and log back into Splitcoast.

For Safari Users, please do the following:
Click the gear in the top right corner. Click Reset Safari. Be sure all the boxes below are checked and click Reset.
Log back in to Splitcoast.
