oops! I just read Nichole's msg. I kinda thot that's what happened. But I was sooooo quick...boy, people have quick fingers. I did it all as fast as I could between shut downs etc. This is crazy....but ya gotta love PT.
Nichole, thanks so much for taking the time to post here. We all appreciate it. Obviously we all love your products!!! Keep 'em coming. Can't wait until next month.
I just have to add to this thread. I received my one order yesterday and as I put my 5 sets in there cases, I thought to myself how wonderful these make me feel. Just transferring them from the plastic to the case, they smell good, feel good, and you can picture all the fantastic cards I are going to be making. I now own 13 stamp sets and I'm patiently waiting for my complete set of die cuts. I praise Nichole and the girls for such a wonderful product with fair pricing, fair shipping, and beautiful packaging. Will patiently wait for September 15, but will continue to watch for my mailman everyday with my Nestabilities delivery. Looking forward to seeing many posts with Papertrey stamps. They are beatuiful!!
Although it is nice that there was a response by someone at Paper Trey to this thread, it would have been nice for them to iindividually notify customers whose orders have been delayed about the reasons. I rarely check these forums so I'm lucky I saw this thread, but what if I hadn't checked the forums at all?

You could always have checked Nichole's blog... I'd bet she posted it there as well.
And in Papertreys defense, I can't imagine how hard it would be to contact every individual customer... there's just too many of us! I think they do a great job, and if you had written and asked I'm sure someone would have gotten back to you.
Mine arrived today. Now, why was I so impatient? IF it had been any other company, I'd have been expecting them in a week. I guess I'm just spoiled by the excellent service. I'm happy to have them. Maybe if they didn't have to waste time answering e-mails such as mine, they'd have time to get the orders out faster. Eileen

I think you are missing the point. Why should I have to check this forum, her blog, or email her? Yes I could do it but if it's an issue on the seller's end, I feel like it's their responsibility to provide the information, not for me to request it. Yes there are alot of customers to contact but that is one of the costs of doing business.
Don't get me wrong, I love Paper Trey and their products and up until this point, have gotten my orders promptly and with no issues and will continue to order from them.

No... I did not miss your point. You said you barely check this forum and what if you had missed the post. But this forum is not directly connected to Papertrey... so I offered you to check Nichole's blog. I check her blog regularly and I believe most of us who buy from PT do, especially when we order new stamps on the 15th.
I do understand people wanting to be notified of shipping or delays with their orders. But I am more than willing to write a new, smaller company who has given me such great product and customer service if I am having trouble with my order. Fortunately for me I haven't had to. I hope you receive yours soon.
