I had a chance to play just a bit, there are so many possibilities with this set, it is just awesome!
Mine will be a few more days. I originally ordered just the two new sets, since the bags I wanted were already sold out! But, I emailed Nicole and added the bags, since she said they would be in on Monday or Tuesday. So I guess I will probably have mine by the end of the week.
I have to say PaperTrey are the best quality clear stamps I have used. I just made a card using a phrase from the Faux Ribbon set. I was amazed at how crisp the words came out. They came out better using classic SU ink than with the craft, which is amazing to me! Nicole is just a genius!!
alphaqueen: I feel you! I'm in England and it takes at least a week for stuff to get here...so I'm figuring the end of this week. I ordered about 12:30 on the 15th, so mine probably didn't get mailed out until Thursday...since there were probably 200 orders before mine. :-)
disneydoll, that's crazy that you had a third sheet of stamps!! Those things do get stuck together quite easily...I always have trouble opening my CD case of Text Boxed because they all stick together. Nothing like that sticky acrylic!! :-)

Did anyone get a shipping notice? I'm waiting *very* impatiently for mine.....I'm dying to play with my new toys!!
They don't send shipping notices: you just receive the original order notice (if you selected to receive a confirmation email during the order process). If you are in doubt about when you'll receive it, or if you think you should have received it by now, just email the customer service. PaperTrey has THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced!!! When I didn't get a package, I emailed them and within a few hours they had researched it and provided me with a tracking number. So, when in doubt, email 'em!!

I figure I be getting it anyday - I'm just so darn impatient!! I got my order notification, but it has shipping notification at the top, but that hasn't been updated. I figure I should start stalking the mailman!!
usually it is here at my house but now I wonder if part of my order became backordered when i placed it.... i know they had the boxes before I placed the order but right after i placed it the boxes I had ordered said backorder... I really hope i am wrong and they show up here tomorrow.
boooohooooo, I didn't get my stamps today. My mom, in the same town, got hers today. whaaaaa! I was all geared up to play. Hoping tomorrow I'll see them.
Just think if you lived in Canada...you wait forever....it's not that they don't ship it out fast....they do....it just gets stuck at the border sometimes. I've waited over a month for stuff from the U.S. My longest wait was 7 weeks. It takes great patience in the great white North!
I ordered at 12:09, and haven't received mine yet. I'm hoping that the bags I ordered went on backorder after I ordered, and that's what is holding up the order. I did send an e-mail just in case. I should not be so impatient. I'll be happy when they do arrive. I've got plenty of other stamps to play with, it's just nice to get the new PT sets, because they are packaged so nicely, and are just so darn pretty. Eileen

I didn't get mine either. I ordered right away too. And to top it off, my mom who ordered same time and lives in same town...Got hers yesterday!!!!!! I can't stand this pins and needles thing. I hope it didn't get lost. Kristyn
I ordered about the same time you did Lauren, and I still haven't gotten mine neither! I did email customer service today and gave them my order number just in case it got lost in the mail somewhere. I hope they come tomorrow cause I ain't got nothin else to play with!!

I cant tell you how good it feels to read people who were stalking PT are still waiting! I get all paranoid! I think OMG! My order didnt go through, or they lost it.
Especially with all the crashing the site did.
Still nothing here in PA. I placed my order around 12:15am and I'm patiently waiting to play with my new toys! :p Hopefully tomorrow will be a good mail day.
My sets made it safe and sound to Hawaii, yesterday. I'm just loving the new flower set and I had just recevied the coordinating cuttlebug dies from eclectic paperie about a week ago, so I'm a very happy camper.
Anyone in the Seattle area get their stamps yet? I had two orders and was hoping to get to play during some time off....may not happen :( Next day to find free stamp time isn't until October :(

Me, too! You are not alone. Hopefully mine will arrive today. This is the longest I have ever waited for my Papertrey stamps. I'm sure they will be worth the wait though.
Many of you are still waiting patiently for your orders placed on the 15th. We were not prepared for the HUGE response to the tins & flowers we have begun carrying. They sold out so quickly at midnight that we were unable to get the backorder button up quick enough for these particular items. For those of you still waiting for your order, this is probably the category that you fall into, and we as a company apologize for the situation. Our HUGE re-order of tins arrived yesterday (Tuesday) and we are working hard to pack up any remaining orders. Any order that was delayed because of the backordered tins will be shipped out by Friday at the very latest. Flowers unfortunately are a different story. The manufacturer of the translucent & white plastic flowers along with the velvet flowers was slow to ship out our re-order. We are expecting them to arrive at the end of this week, possibly next week. Orders containing the backordered flowers will ship as soon as we receive them. I will keep you updated as to when they arrive.
So with all those technicalities being shared with you, we want to also apologize for the lack of shipping notifications. We had assumed they were being sent out automatically with our current shipping system and were just recently made aware that this was not the case. I know I personally as a customer like to know what the status is of my order, and I know you do to. We apologize for this glitch in the system and we are doing everything in our power to insure that you receive the best customer service possible in regards to this matter. We have just invested in an upgraded system which will help us to run our business more efficiently & effectively. This new system will not only send shipping notification, but will also allow you to have the ability to check your order status at any time. We hope to have this new system up and running in time for our next release on September 15th.
While I am writing I also wanted to share with you how thrilled we are with your enthusiasm for our new products each month, especially the stamps. It is so amazing to see so many people from around the world unite with a common thread, a love of stamping. It is because of all of YOUR support (and patience!) that we have grown by leaps and bounds. We have SO many exciting things planned for the coming months, and we know you will be so THRILLED to be part of it. We whole-heartedly appreciate each and every one of you and your love of our little company. It makes all of our hard work worthwhile when we receive your emails, letting us know how much you enjoy our products. Julie and I were just talking the other day about how we recognize names of customers who order regularly or have special requests when they order. It is as if we are building a family; a group of people that love to stamp!Thank-you for being part of the Papertrey "family"! We look forward to the opportunity to grow with all of you.

I'm so glad its due to the overwhelming buying frenzy and not because the package is lost in the mail. I LOVE this company and the products & customer service, and will purchase PaperTreyInk again and again.
Thank you Nichole for adding to the thread and letting us know. Saves me some time watching for the mail. Now I know that I will have at least a week or so to wait. I look forward to your new shipping system. It is nice to know when to expect your packages.
