What is this set called that's on the cover? That's a cute image!!!
It's called Toodles. There are 11 stamps, 5 of which are images. In addition to the pogo stick there's a boy bear on a bike, one holding a balloon & a flower, a girl bear on ice skates and 2 bears with their arms on each other's shoulder. The sentiments are Love You, Toodles, Celebrate, Enjoy Today, Best Friends, and I'm Here for You.
My box of catties is out for delivery - woot.

Just getting back online after TAC Seminar...the new catalogue is just GREAT..LOVE it and like others have said so happy the images are back to 100%. The Fall Serendipity will be coming out around Sept 1 too so that will be fun too! My wish list is quite long! LOL
I got mine yesterday too. I was hoping for more new patterned paper sets because I love the ones we have.
I also really love the small 8x8 Wing It patterns - rustic chic, uptown girl, just like dad, kaleidoscope boyz - 36 pages of 12 designs for $6.95. Huge amount a card crafting potential in those sets. The 12x12 patterns are so beautifully muted.
I'll have to get happy thoughts, funny farm phrases and barrel monkeys.
I'm really drawn to the vintage farm tags though I'm not sure how I would use them.

This is the first I've checked out TAC and I LOVE it! I've heard of the angel company from a friend but I never connected it when I read about TAC on SCS. I'm a faithful SU costumer but I may have found a new company. I also love the prices. I'm a lover of wood mounted, mainly the ease but these prices are attractive. Can't wait to check out the new catalog.
So did they say what time the catty will go live? The old cover is still there and lots of red x's. I do see a few new sets but alot of image unavailable's. If anyone knows how the transition works, I'd love to know....SU's is live at noon. Is there an exact time for TAC's or is it a gradual thing? I want to know so I can plan my day,lol.

All of the Angel sites should already be uploaded with the new catalog.
A lot of the stamp sets just aren't showing up yet. sigh...this happened the past two catalogs too - I think it took a few days to get all of the images uploaded. And, normally the TAC home page is updated by the second or third day of the month so they probably have a lot going on.
Can't wait to hear the feedback! :grin: I just made my first trip to the post office to mail off catties and had a couple of ladies stop by today to get theirs. Their first impression was they liked it.
Don't forget that the Serendipity magalogue is also live through until next year's Spring magalogue release. Normally the fall and spring sets got rolled up into the new catalog so they didn't feel that "new"...this year that didn't happen which is something I really like! So always be sure to check out the Serendipity tab too because there are a whole lot of great stamps hiding out there! tee hee...
I placed my order today and can't wait to get my goodies. I decided to hold off on the stamps that were in the "open stamping" room at Seminar and get ones I don't already have a few images for! oh, and Just HAD to get the double-sided Mimi paper!! Fun! :-)

I was so excited when I saw the super cute card on the cover. But there are only 3 image sets that I want and 2 greeting sets. I can't wait to get the Scor-Bug, too!
But I have to say, it was quite a let down. I was hoping for 12x12 scrapbooking sets with cute dp that wasn't shabby chic. Not even one set without shabby chic paper. Sigh.
Is anyone else surprised at how small the catty is? I thought it was coming out one time a year now. Not only is it 128 pages for a whole year, but the images are at 100% and the height and length is smaller. Strange.
Anyway, my favorite sets are.... Vintage Christmas, Fairy Birthday, and Toodles.

It is smaller. But, we have the two 50ish page magalouges a year in addition so I think that will be great! The current magalouge, Serendipity, is still available and sometime around September 1st we will get the fall magalouge. :-D
I haven't ordered yet, waiting to order with my club. ;) Definiftely going to get the ScorBug. I really like the exotic bird set too. And Funny Farm. And the sentiments that go with Funny Farm. Oh! And Fairy Birthday...and....

im going to get toodles set and a scor bug. I do like that tree set, of course I cant remember the name. I love the friendship set too. I want my website updated already so I can show my stamping buddies!
Ahhh, I'm still waiting for my comp catalog. :( With the long weekend now, we won't be getting mail again until Monday. Can't wait to see all the new goodies. I'm holding off trying to see too many sneaks.
I've been following this thread, eager for the new catty to come out too.... Can anyone tell me how to view it online? I see the homepage is updated with the new catty cover.... Thanks!
You can go to The Angel Company website and click on the SHOP NOW button - that will give you a chance to find demos in your area that have online catalogs...or, many gals here on SCS also have it in their signature blocks.

OMG! Goofy me. I didn't look at the name of the sentiment set for funny farm. It makes so much more sense. Now I need those two sets. :p

Yes, gone are the days, I guess, of a big fat catty full of stamps. The stamps are higher priced, the images more simple and the paper is last year. Hopefully the angels who are still around will be successful in selling what they do have to offer. Don't forget, there is a new sotm every month and a vintage set so keep your eyes open for those. I'm glad I left over a year ago because of their having so few images to color. Notice, there are more now,lol. Those that drop off in january will possibly be more of a hardship on the company. So please find yourself some stamps you want and support your local angel and keep them afloat. We don't want to lose a great companny like TAC.
I believe that all of the sets on the get your wings special are hostess sets, or available to angels as sales incentives.
I absolutely love the funny farm phrases. Well butter my buns & call me a biscuit!
I found one of them... hostess set level A. So pretty!
Now that I realize there are sentiments with it, I think it's hilarious! My favorites are I am in shape. Round is a shape. AND Chaos, panic and disorder. My work is done here.
AND... my DH just showed me a check from a credit card because we over-paid. :shock:

:mrgreen: I wish I had that kind of "luck"...I just got a note from the IRS that they relooked my 2006 filings and I owe them $$. :( argh...I think they are trying to balance their budget!! I guess I'll have to be careful with my first order but that's where, thankfully, the sets are still pretty reasonable. I'm kicking myself because 2 weeks ago I finally broke down and bought a 4 piece, wildflowers set (woodblocks) at a stamp store (over $16) and now we're carrying something just as nice for $8.95.
