Hawaii, I got your die cuts today! Thank you so much! I don't have any fairies except the children ones I diecut from A Child's Year Cricut cart. And the other ones are so pretty also! Thank you so much!
Sis Chris you are so fairy welcomed!!! Mahalo for all the sharing you have provided me as well!! Enjoy looking forward to see what you create . I know it will be gorgeous!!
I have one little bottle of homemade glimmer mist spray if anyone is interested. It just has to be put into a spray bottle or mister and shaken before each spray. It dries clear; all that is left is the sparkle. Can only mail in the U.S...
Disregard this offer! I am thinking twice about mailing anything liquid in the mail. I will find something else to offer soon!

I think you can mail liquid, you just have to tell the PO that you have liquid...companies mail liquid...I'm thinking ink refills but they are packed well.
I've decided I would just mail flat items for a while...need to get my stamp table cleared off because I know I have some pre-scored boxes that are flat from SU that I want to offer but first I have to figure out the shipping price...of course I have lots of images too...
How do you find out if it is "legal" to share images? Or is that not a big issues anymore as it was a few years back?

If you are a member of Wish RAK, there are lists of companies that don't allow you to swap images- here's one link:
From the way I’ve always understood angel policies and copy rights ...is it’s about the bottom line ..which is money and claiming to be the maker or inventor taking credit for someone else’s invention . Sharing as a gift something you brought for pure enjoyment I don’t see them going after people for simply enjoying something they brought and shared with no personal gain . Most times those policies are there to scare and make people buy more ....say for example these companies that make stamps and encourage having Stamping classes and parties to sell tier product . How are the demos not allow to share items or make kits for such parties if it’s illgal? Kind of more a common sense thing ...and sure there maybe companies that wanna go after the small fries of the world but I seriously think those policies are put in place so people don’t make thousands off their inventions and the credit to it.....
As mentioned it depends and what is truely enforced
Don’t bash me all but I’m loving waking up to this chill we having lately . ..
However I pray for your safe keeping ...all you that are having these extreme winter weathers I swear I would never handle it so well. Gosh I’ve heard ice is worst then snow. Be careful everyone !!

I think the flaw in your example is that a demo is the representative of the company, and as such is entitled to share her ideas & projects with others. That said, demos also don't send you home with an envelope full of images because yes, it is their job to encourage you to buy the stamps.
Stamping is a business, naturally they are going to want to make money. You are right that they're probably not going to prosecute someone for giving away some stamped images, however, if it's against their company policy, then they have the right to, if they choose.
That said true we demos are reps and their are millions out there that aren’t and hold similar parties and make kits it isn’t always just a demo....those policies are set to make sure their rights to invention are protected not labeled or claimed by another And many as long as the copy right to them is posted is fine as said it all depends . .. on each company . Same diffrence as when one goes to a friends and share each other’s goodies ...big diffrence is her it’s out in the open . Unlike those who post on eBay selling a copyright image.....
And Stamping isn’t always a business ...it’s a hobby just people do turn it in to businesses and are successful at it

If I wasn't clear, I meant that in the sense of companies producing products for sale- that's business. To do that, the company needs to make a profit, or it will fail.
I understand that people take their hobby of stamping and become demos, reps, and coaches (whatever the term used by a particular company is), and are in it either to make money or even just cover their own hobby costs. That's a whole different ball game than producing products, as in manufacturing.
Everything is perfectly understand I surely wasn’t born yesterday . We all understand the business side of things . Not even debating this anymore Everyone does what everyone will do at the end of the day . I just want to enjoy life and my love our hobby and this site. So you have a great day happy crafting
It depends on the individual company's angel policy.
It says I'm not allowed to view this page...
If I list something that isn't allowed i assume someone will tell me, right?
I don't want to get in conflict with SCS or with a company.
I am going to be unexpectedly home tomorrow as we are to get another dump of snow! We got about 6 inches last night...another round between 5-8 inches tonight.

Wish RAK isn't as big as it used to be, but joining is easy and you're not committed to anything. It's mostly for getting stamped images you're looking for, but can also be for wishing for other various supplies. I especially liked being able to wish for Gina K. heavyweight cs, so I could actually have some in my hand to feel, see, & try. Other members grant your wishes, which earns them more wishes of their own.
Anyway, THAT'S where it got hairy some years ago, some companies went ballistic that folks were giving away images stamped with their stamps. I'll see if I can try to copy & paste the ones from the link:
"So, from now on, Flourishes, MoManning - Stampavie or Stamping Bella and The Paper Cottage are no longer allowed as wishes along with Hambo from 2 years ago. All of these wishes have been taken off the Master List and wish numbers added back in."

Faye, if the company's angel policy doe not forbit it, it is most likely ok to share. Here is a link to the angel policies that have been listed as ok to wish for on WRAK. HTH

Thank you Pat and Angie...I don't know most of those stamp companies so guess that's a good thing! What is probably a bad thing is that I will put them on my do not purchase list...
I have my opinion about control of a product sold to me...it should be mine to do with as I please, no long is theirs.
Tomorrow appears to be an at-home-due-to-weather day...I may get something accomplished in the stamp room!

That may affect a few things I wanted to offer. I do have some older Pink Cat Studio stamps, but I'm probably going to keep those anyway, as you can't even find them anymore. I don't use the majority of those companies listed. Although, I have a lot of rubber stamps that have been unmounted and I usually throw away packaging and store them differently, so I have no idea what the companies are on a lot of my stuff. The packaging takes up too much room, and I don't like what they put the clear stamps on; some of them degrade over time. Unless, I haven't gotten the chance to change them out yet.
It does not make me want to buy from those companies. I feel if I buy the product or a friend has given it to me, I should have the right to use it as I like, unless it involves reproducing and selling it. I could understand in that case.
I'm going to upload some cards that I made with goodies offered here. I couldn't remember who gave me the shaped cards (I hunted and hunted on the older thread even, and couldn't find it.) I'm thinking they were from Arlene, but I can't say for positively sure, but I think that's who it was.
I can't remember who gave me which things sometimes, but I do remember who shared things with me, and I appreciate them so much!
I'll be glad when I'm feeling better again, so I can get back to sharing and creating!
