I know kind of what it is. I've heard them mentioned a lot on this site. I know they sell stamps. I've been to their website, but I didn't find out anything. How are their prices? Do they sell paper that matches their ink like SU? I have never seen one of their catalogs. So can anyone tell me anything about TAC?
Emily do a search in the Gen Stamp Forum for TAC and you will have all the info you could ever want to know !!! LOL There are a TON of threads in the past two weeks.
That's true! Everyone is getting so excited about TAC this year!
To make the answers to her questions public: we don't exactly have coordinating cardstock and ink (with matching color names, etc.) We have the ink lines: TAC Palette (best ink out there - best of pigment & dye all in one!), Brilliance, Versamagic Chalk inks, Kaleidacolor pads, Staz-on inks, and Opalites. So there is a LOT of inks to choose from - but the matching is up to you at this time. Some demos have done the work and compiled lists though - so maybe they could help us out!
The stamps are unmounted (no wood) and they cling to reusable acrylic blocks, making them about 1/2 the price of wood mounted stamps. I store mine in CD cases so that's also a huge advantage.
If you have any more questions, just ask! We'll help ya!

Do the stamps have the foam already on them? Or do they come as just the Rubbah?
The stamps do not have the Creative Cling (EZMount) already attached when you get them. You get the piece of rubber with all the images from the set on it and a separate piece of Creative Cling, and then you affix the rubber to the CC and cut out each image.

Here's a pictorial on the mounting with Creative cling: http://theangelcompany.net/assembly.html http://theangelcompany.net/creativecling.html
I had trouble getting my mind wrapped around "it" when I was first introduced to TAC...but it's actually FASTER to get ready to stamp after your stamps arrive. You don't have to cut out the clear label and apply that to a wood block.

Do you have to purchase the creative cling seperately or does it come with the stamp set?
Also- do the TAC stamps come in any sort of storage (like the SU cases?) or are they just in some sort of disposable packaging, and then you have to find a way to store them?
They come in the clam shell boxes, well most of them so. I have gotten a few that have been wrapped in plastic. The Creative Cling comes with the stamp set.
These stamps can be stored in many ways. From leaving them in the box, to a CD case, to putting them in binders and who knows what other creative space saving ways!

I want my catty! It's en route to Canada but I am DYING to see what else I can spend my money on! (I'm soooo addicted...I will have to join a 12 step program - AFTER I order my TAC stamps!)
