nancy, i still havent done the rosette thing . not ready ready for tear (tare) or tear(teer) bears yet . but i'll save the links for another day

and regarding the easel card, I'll have one i made posted in a few . it was just a test run. you can tell with all the staples holding on the die cuts. it doesnt stand as straight as I think it should. so i'll be making another test run before i submit my original card front easel style . anything else i discover along the way i'll be sure to share

I've never made them before. My GF says to use a cheap metal brush you get at the hardware store. It looks like a tooth brush but the bristles are metal. I think you use water on the paper after tracing the shapes onto it then tear along the line and use the brush the fluff it.

Brandy, I've never made an easel card so good luck with that! One of these days I guess I'll have to break down and try one! LOL

I started getting a lot of those bizarre comments from anonymous and they were obviously from strange sites trying to get you to click on the link in the comment. Fortunately they were going into the spam folder. I finally set blogger to no anonymous comments.

Oh....we've been looking @ rental prices & the state that looks good in that area with good schools is Indiana. More closer to the Indianapolis area....they have GREAT suburbs & Reggie will be home more. The online looking is one thing but can't wait for school to be out & drive over there @ our leisure to consult with a real estate agent. Our lease ends here @ the end of October with our last payment in September. We're looking forward to being in a home again & for the future buying another home!!!

Years ago DH almost went to Indianapolis. We were looking at the northern suburbs but many people he knows went to the southern suburbs (North and South of Indianapolis that is).

I liked it at the time but that was 17 yrs ago!

I've been told the same thing Nancy! I have a friend that lives in a northern suburb...Fishers & she's been telling me which areas to avoid. It'll be nice to see her in person & get a feel for the area :-)

I did block the anonymous comments too but they still show in the totals of visitors. there are actually more visits showing from them than comments. I haven't figured how to block their access without limiting other folks. you can close down access but then that does not allow other folks to visit. I actually want folks to visit and share , not just spam me

We were looking at Carmel. Fishers doesn't sound familiar. Sounds like you need to go on a road trip! At least Indy isn't that far away.

I won't forget. It'll be very nice to have him home more & I won't be that far from her at all. I did call her earlier & just waiting to hear back :-)

Carmel is very nice but too pricey to rent....we don't want to pay that unless we're buying :-) Fishers is almost right next to Carmel but prices are a bit better. Reggie is more familiar with the area than I am but school will be out soon & we'll be driving over!
