Good Morning! Well we got Rachel all moved in yesterday, and she was so excited. Classes start tomorrow, and she has a job interview set up for tomorrow afternoon at a really cute coffee/bristro shop. I was brave...didn't blubber to much, she would just chuckle and joke about it. I'm gonna miss her.

aww Michelle, it must have tore you on the inside...what a good mamma you are! BTW I didn't realize U have a grown up son too! For some reason I thought U only have one girl....silly me;O)

beautiful sunny sparkling day here....the new snow we FINALLY got yesterday is glistening and it looks ohhh soooo beautifullllllllllllll outside!!:o)

Hello all--Happy Sunday evening............ Hope you had a a good weekend. Our family party today was good--we had 26 people for dinner at 1:00. Most stayed to watch most of the Packer game and we are now getting caught up. Tomorrow I will take down the main Christmas tree and maybe start on some of the smaller trees. We are having an insert put in our gas fireplace on Wednesday so it can actually heat the living room (and not just for show), so I would like to have the house back to normal by then. I have two meetings on Tuesday night, stamp club on Wednesday night and a class for my new camera on Thursday night--so a busy week at night.

Hi guys---Happy Monday Afternoon. I am taking down the Christmas decorations today and tomorrow. I have all of the ornaments on the main tree put away and actually tried to count them as everyone asks how many threre are--I think there are over 800 (if you did not see my blog in December about my trees, here it is decorations ) All of the ornaments from the trees in the living room are in boxes and they will be put in the storage on the top of the garage for another year. Today, I actually found two of the large storage bags for the main tree--I saw them before Christmas and did not get one then. I started calling places this morning and no one had them; until I called Ace Hardware and they had a bunch--so I got two as it holds up the a 7 1/2 foot tree and our is larger. The tree is stored in a closet that is under the steps to the family room and it seems each time it is put up, some of the lights are out and I think this might help to protect them It even has wheels on the end!
I will do stamping on Wednesday as we have stamp club that night and our swap theme is Valentine's.

mmm and I even confused Rachel w/Bekah (which is the one who loves riding horses,right?) couldn;t figure out why one day was riding and the next -so to speak- was already leaving for college....never mind me...lol...my mind is going to putty............:rolleyes:

nasty nasty bug *sigh* I started feeling symptoms on the 3rd but went to work on the 4th anyways, and been home since the 5th...bleahh....:(

It too is snowing here, just like in most of the US--maybe 3 inches so far. It is to stop tonight, but more tomorrow and then again on the weekend. I have a church council meeting tonight, but it is only 5 minutes away. Tomorrow the fireplace insert is being put it, so I get to play in the stamp room all day!
