I just wanted to let everyone know that the adorable mini metal mailboxes are back at Target in the Dollar Spot!! I went and bought the store out - I think I have about 40 of them! I missed out on them this year and I was not going to let that happen again!
If you are not for sure what I am talking about you can search the gallery and see the really cute ideas of how fellow creative stampers have altered these things year round!!
Here's a little tid-bit I learned from a Target cashier a few days ago:
When you see an item and stock is low, take that item to the nearest price checker/scanner. When the price comes up, look at the bottom left hand corner of the screen ... there it will tell you if this item is in the stockroom. If it is, the next step is to get an employee to get it for you.
I was purchasing the last three mailboxes that my local Target had and while checking out the cashier was commenting how cute they were, where did I find them, etc., etc. I told her they were in the $ Spot but that I got the last three. That's when she gave me the tip. And boy am I glad she did! I dashed right over to the nearest price checker and found there were more in the stockroom. I walked out of Target a happy little camper with 12 mailboxes!
Life must be horrible without a Target. I am going to the other Target today to see if I can get some more mailboxes and hopefully pick up some red and white ones. I had to run out to mine and they had not restocked them yet.
They had them at my Target. I wanted to trade someone who was looking for them (I want Time Well Spent) but she had already traded it. If anyone needs some pink or white ones let me know, I have 8 of each.
I called a target by me this monring right after the truck come in and I get a case . which had 80 mailboxs in it. willing to sell same of them e-mail

Where in the Target store (department/area) are you people finding these mailboxes??? I went to my local Target yesterday (Southern NJ) and walked the whole store, I think, but saw no signs of these mailboxes you talk about.
Could someone please tell me where in the Target store you shop, you find them??
I was telling my dh about these cute little mailboxes and I didn't think he had really been listening to me. I went to Target a couple of weeks ago and they didn't have any of them. Well, he came home from work the other day and said he had a surprise for me! He had gone to Target and bought me 10 of the little mailboxes! Isn't that sweet!
