Can't believe yet another week has passed. Glad I had some time this afternoon to join in today's Free 4 All challenge.
For the F4A challenge, we were asked to make a masculine valentine. What spoke to my heart today was making a valentine for my dad. No, my dad is no longer with me, but he's been on my heart lately, so I decided to make him a card to be tucked into the weathered pages of our family bible. I lost my dad when I was young, so using a childlike image seemed fitting. Whenever I'm able to visit his grave site in NY, I still see him as being young and vibrant and myself being a young girl.
TFL. Have a great weekend everyone.

Very moving Anne. I lost both my parents before I began this hobby of ours. What a lovely idea to make a card for your dad. Something I may do someday as well to strengthen the memories. TFS

Ms. Anne.....this is my favorite card uploaded today. It's so touching, and gave me the chance to sit and dwell on the memories of my Dad. The little girl image to me depicts the bond between a daughter and father. No matter what age, you are always his little girl...the first man you loved. Thanks for sharing this wonderful card with us today. Fav'd
