Well, hurried home from a miserable hot day of cleaning pools! Wanted to do the WT challenge, but knew I had more bookwork to do. Also knew that I wouldn't be able to concentrate on the books if I didn't get a card done first! LOL So, I sort of threw this together. Here's how the whirl wind went..............
Actually, I had a head start on this, because before I left this morning, I dry embossed and scored the blue frame, plus the flower. This is nothing like I had planned. In fact if you were to peel the frame off the card and look on the back, you would see that I originally started out using chalks. But it just didn't have the right look.
So, I sponged ink on the blue frame. Cut it out. Colored the embossed flower with re-inkers, versa marked and clear ep it. Then cut it out and popped it up on the frame.
Stamped the little penguin, colored him with re-inkers and cut out and eb him with the oval nesties. Sponged the edges.
Used the computer for the sentiment. Cut out using word punch. Sponged edges and popped it up.
Put dp on white card, doodled and sponged edges. Layered everything else on top.
Added dew drops, of course, and took a picture. Now....I can go do my bookwork. Whew! TFL :0)
Hi Sis! P.S. I'll be back later to check out the gallery and comment. Bye!
