This card is for the fan club monthly challenge on fashion. I coloured this lovely swapped image with prisma pencils and oms and then cut around it to give the effect of a paper pattern piece. The edges were doodled with various dress pattern phrases and sponged with old paper ink. Paper doilies were ripped and some sponged with old paper and worn lipstick ink to give the effect of lace and these were collaged over the cream textured card. I finished with some stickles, paper flowers and ribbon. TFL.

fabulous job on the challenge, Chris! I love your combination of vivid pink with white...the texture of the dollies with the narrow ribbon. Very well done!

Perfect card, Chris! I love the pattern - you must be a sewer cause this sure resembles a real pattern piece. Love at those paper doiles! This is super cool, girl.

Well this is a pretty card. How did you get that pattern piece from Anne's people. Ooops, I just can't help myself. You see, I'm just an inquisitive little mice wondering if maybe it would be liberating for Anne to just plain admit to it. Maybe when I get that age I will have to get some done too. I don't mean to be harsh here, just that reality bites. LOL
Great card and how much did you pay for that pattern piece?
