CASED this card from www.rosiesroadshow.com. I love these stamps but I have trouble leaving cards white, so I added the mountains, the dirt and sponged background all around.
Stamped both the duck and trailer twice....once on the card stock and once on masking paper. (I love that stuff.) Put the outfit on the duck, masked the trailer and duck so I could stamp the mountains and ground.
Water colored with pencils. Stamped the clouds, tracing with blue. Stamped itty bitty backgrounds for the dirt ground. Sponged the sky with bashful blue, the ground with tea dye.
Layered my scene on blue linen cs, then put it all on a yellow/orange card. Stamped the sentiment, sponging the edges. Then I popped it up.
Stamped and colored the flower and pot. Glued it on, popping up only the flower.
Well....there is my take on a Rosie's Roadshow Card....TFL :0)

Soooooooo Cute!! Love the mountain scene. The flowers make the trailer look so homey (is that a word). The hula (goose/duck) makes me smile. Wish I was in your little scene. TFS

Oh my goodness, this looks just like Paradise, CA! Yikes, are you ever talented! Your coloring is just so perfect and your ability to create magical cards is just that ... magical. I was just about to shut down for the night and decided no, I'm too close to seeing the entire gallery. Oh, thank heavens otherwise, I woud have missed this extraordinary card! Absolutely awesome!

This is a fantastic card! I agree with you on how some stamps seems to cry out for a background scene and yours is just perfect as it completely matches the style of the stamps. I love your mountains and trees and how you masked the trailer with the duck in the window. Fabulous!
