This is a card for my DH who is always complaining that I make cards for challenges, but not for him. (It will be our little secret that it's for 2 challenges as well)
I learned that I really need to invest in some nestabilities or other means to cut ovals - these were done using circle templates (cut half then moved the template down and cut the other half).
The moon was popped up, then the owl was popped up on the moon. I hand wrote the sentiment so I could get it to fit.
Owl was colored with prisma pencils and gamsol. The scalloped oval was cut by hand with dec. scissors then the edges were colored with ChartPak markers. Black edges and dots were with a Sharpie.

I do I do. This is terrific. I love the ovals. I have the nesties and love them. You would too. I also have a coluzzle that works great. You did such a great job for a hubby card. He will love it. This is very cute ah I ment handsome. Hehe...

this is fabulous! I love that you combined the sketch challenge with the masculine card challenge using this fun owl! Wonderful card, your DH is sure to appreciate this one, hehe!
