If this looks familiar it's because I posted a similar one in different colors a while back. This is for a swap with my Great Swap pals this week. I used the shadow box technique which is fun and easy and so versatile. I love the dimension of these!
Anyway, there are some more details on my blog, but the embossed dots on the edges are done with the Crop-o-Dile (use the eyelet setting part, with no eyelet- fun!). I enjoy that look and it isn't hard other than tiring on the wrist! The Pretty Petals background was stamped off first for a softer shade and the circle was cut out AFTER it was stamped. TFL!

Kristin, this is simply gorgeous. I love all the details and each one is so exquisitely executed! Gorgeous piercing under the butterfly; your crop a dile idea is truly genius, and your dps are magnificent. Now, let's see - I think I've given you a fairly good idea how I feel about your card. It's definitely a winner by everyone's standards!

Oh good! I get one of these!
Love the colors & the soft background. So many neat details on it - the ribbon, embossing, paper piercing & punch at the bottom add so much.
