All week I've been wanting to make this card for this week's CAS challenge and I'm finally took a break to make it.
I inked up the Medallion background stamp in Crumb Cake and then took a paper towel inked up with Soft Suede and just tapped it on the inked stamp. I then did the same with a paper towel inked with Island Indigo. I like how the soft transitions of color turned out.
I then heat embossed the sentiment using Versamark and Island Indigo. I also sponged the edges with Soft Suede.
Thanks for looking!

This is so lovely Catherine. The parchment cs really lends a nice feeling to this wonderful sympathy card. The multicolors you achieved on this stamp turned out beautifully! ~Karen.

Your card is just gorgeous! I love the soft, subtle coloring you did with the paper towel inking. This card will be a great comfort to whoever receives it.

This is lovely! I really like how you got the colours softly blended together like that. I'm going to have to find a way to CASE this even though I don't have a stamp like that medallion. 🙂
